Well, thank you so much, Declan. Always, always a pleasure to hear from you, sir. It really is. And I'm just watching lights here, getting a wee bit of a dolene in it. But here we go, oh, it's probably my end once again. But, I know your dad will be having a wee look at that. If there's anything, there probably isn't. It's probably my end again. So no problem at all. And, Declan, well, thank you, thank you so much. You know, at every time you mention going to the Toby Tarverie restaurant, you know, I start to salivate and I think, hey, we have to go to our local Toby Tarverie. Of course, up in Perth there was a Toby Tarverie, but I think that closed down. So now, actually, I don't even know where the closest Toby Tarverie is. But I'm sure there must be one either in Stirling or Falkirk or somewhere. But, you know, I used to love my visits to Toby Tarverie and a man all the time. I presume it's the same as kind of like all you can eat. You can go back up as many times as you like and get some more slices of beef and some chicken and some creamy and Yorkshire prune and vegetables and potatoes and everything. Just go back up and fill it back up again. So, my feeling is still the same. Hopefully it stays the same. It may be a bit of a shame if it's changed. But it's been so, so long since we painted that Toby Tarverie. But, you still love those visits so, so much. But, there we go. Although, I haven't did that these days. As I'm getting older, now I'm kind of over 21. Hi, hi. Yeah, I just don't seem too old to eat the same quantities that I used to when I had hollow legs as a youngster. So, yeah, you know, I'm just as hungry but I just can't kind of eat as much. I just get full quickers. So, there we go. And the fine business, of course, on the MWC 7FTI. I think we all sat on the IRN just a day apart. It was CC's birthday and Beverly's birthday as well. And Beverly put it this week and she's 17 again. So, I think, Declan, we're safe enough to say happy 17 again birthday. I think we're 18 or safe with that one there, Declan. So, Ben, we're Declan. Back to you for any more comments.
