Hello, this is John W7. J. I sent me a lot a lot better now I'm doing okay. I got to get out of the house today. The wife took me over to my buddy's house that I played guitar with so I got I'm still not moving around very well from my surgery. So I'm still quite limited doing what I can do, but Whenever to his house didn't take a guitar of mine because he's got plenty so I was playing around with one of his acoustics for a while, so I got to visit with him for a couple of hours and then the wife picked me up and brought me back home, so that was the second time I've been out of the house since the 10th of December when I had surgery, so I used to get out for a little while. Other than that, just kind of moving slow but steady and just kind of, I got staples taken out on Tuesday so that's somewhat of a relief but it's still very sore so just kind of taking it easy and listen the nets checking into some of the nets and trying to play guitar a little bit but it's still I'm mainly just playing my acoustic because the the electrics are a little heavy for this is repeater I don't want to mess that up because I wasn't there for hernia repairs, and I don't want to create other ones too soon, so, anyway, I'll let Matt up, doing okay, W7, KSM. Okay, John, well, I'm glad you're getting out, and certainly glad you're getting to play guitar with a buddy, I'm sure that chews you up, and we're all thinking together, there's a long recovery, but you're recovering, you'll get there.
