Usually if it's within three miles I'll just walk there and back and that's one of the cities that keeps me healthy because going for lots of long walks and if I don't do that for a couple of days I start feeling kind of you know like when the cats get the zoomies yeah I got a select one too back to you okay I said be chill. That's a pretty cool comparison the cats at the zoomies yeah we have a dog who gets the zoomies he did him out in the backyard and then he ran around and he's got some super zoomies you gotta catch you do that too.
