I just really didn't do much, but I got almost eight hours of sleep. That's twice in this last week, which is going to be, that's a first because I rarely ever get eight hours. But yeah, so I took a break today and maybe get out on the road again tomorrow. It's 83 degrees right now and still warm. My pool water temperature is 92 right now. And for the next week, we're still supposed to be in the upper 106, 107, 108. So it's still hot. Hopefully, typically the second week of September, we get the cool down and I hope I sure hope it happens because I'm so ready. But other than that, I've been training a lot on the video software."}
