There are certain frequencies that didn't work well with it. Sometimes I take a like a three foot section of ladder line and add it and be able to get the other frequencies and stuff. But it worked amazingly well. The higher the better and I talked all over the United States and then when Skip was in man it was amazing. Another type of doublet is an off center fed dipole and those work really well too. They're a little more frequency selected I think. But again if you feed it with ladder line you can basically tune it anywhere. Pretty amazing antennas.
