When you're first fitting it to try to line up the holes, it was the tiniest bit sloppy. So I did what we used to do when we built airplanes. I'd put a couple of the rivets in there to hold it, but not clamp them. And then I would drill the hole and punch and drill the hole and it worked just fine. So it's up to military spec there. Now that I got the solar panel and the charge controllers, the radio and then the lead acid battery trays to mount in their rivet. And then I have to put the alignment for the little shoe that holds it upright when it's not the backpack. And just hook up the radio and away we go. Probably be done by the end of the week.
