So I had a very lazy day, really. I did a little work in the garden. I got a huge harvest of jalapeno peppers, and I think I got like four years. So the jalapeno is today. I expect later, probably sometime late next week, I'll get another 20 more. The ones that are on the plants are just almost there. They're showing some of that little flex brown flecks on the peppers. They call it corking, I guess, is the optimal picking time, but not quite enough. Anyway, so for this harvest, I am going to pickle most of these, and we'll get to enjoy them all through the fall and winter and spring as condiment on tacos."}
