And you know, one thing about these data centers is they're building all these data centers. They're huge. What do they call on? What's the lifetime of a data center? I mean, the stuff that's going to advance, there's going to be super computer things. Well, we already got super computers. But I mean, all the new stuff that's coming out, and even like these graphics chips and stuff that they're buying up for all these data centers, what's the life expectancy of those? So what's these data centers still are going to be there in five years, 10 years? And what happens to the buildings when the data centers leave? So I'm kind of concerned about all that plus all the natural resources."}
