You know I've talked to several folks mostly Ken, KB6S who's run the western states and him and some of the folks at our A-State and they all say the same thing. Running the 100 miles isn't really that hard. It's the mental side of it that really is the challenge for it. Ken one time was saying that there was a point where he has no recollection of running like I came around him miles like 20 or 30 miles and he was with a bacer and what happened is you just zoned out and just kept going he wouldn't stop. I completely get that. That is exactly what happens. You go through the day you're all chipper and happy and ready to roll. Happy to be out there. It's nice and cool in the morning and the sun is beautiful."}
