I take it black, I don't put cream in it. Although recently it's been a little thick for me, I think my body is changed for how it's accepting things and I've started adding a splash, just a splash of heavy cream to my coffee. I don't want sugar in it but I do like a flash of heavy cream and it makes it a little more go-down a little easier and I still get that nice coffee taste and the caffeine from it. I calculated one time which maybe I should have done. I did anyway, I calculated that I spent over 40,000 dollars in my life so far at Starbucks so it adds up over many years of course but anyway that's my copy story.
