Well around here they've got, so they have some of these electronic school zone signs that say when the light's flashing yellow it's in effect, but they have a lot of them that are in subdivisions that aren't that fancy, they just have the old style metal sign and it says the hours are from 7 to 9 a.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. or whatever and the speed is you know 20 or 25 mph. But you have to know when school's in and when it's not for that particular school. So if there's no school and you slow down to 20 then obviously people will probably flip you off and do other things too, because you're slowing down when you don't need to, but then you don't want to get a ticket for not slowing down when you should be slowing down."}
