I used specific examples from my area where 911 did not work. AT&T across the entire west coast was completely out for a day. Things like that. There are specific examples in this area that I'm sure I'm not familiar with. I think it was two years ago there was a guy stuck in the wood with a dead cell phone. He had a GMRS radio and he was able to get rescue using those specific examples. Of course, the challenge with it all is do you have a target audience that is open and receptive to it?
