And then I happened to notice that when I turned the lamp off, there was a significant delay, like about a second or so, before the noise would go away. And I thought that seemed kind of weird. And then I finally started to go away. As I turned the lamp off, I glanced over and I saw my digital clock. I have a digital LCD display clock that displays UTC time and so we're sitting on the window. And then I turned the lamp off, it would dim the display and it would cause me to go away.
