You're only going to have a problem if someone is, if the repeater is sending D star and you don't have a D star cable or radio to decode it, you'll just hear a loud digital noise. A bit like kind of what you remember from dial-up modems. So you'll have trouble going that way. You won't be able to decode the digital signals, but yes, if you send analog and the repeater can switch, it should switch on the fly."}
