I used to do both but nowadays I just go to the trails specifically the secret ravine trail near my house. It goes all the way to a downtown roseville. So I think one way is about approximately 70 miles. Yeah familiar with secret ravine that ties into some of the other trails I used to ride that once in a while from up in North Roseville and then right on to Douglas area, Auburn Folsom etcetera or Sierra College, excuse me.
