But I thought a pretty decent luck on 40 meters with 5 watts. I don't normally do 80s. I have an antenna that will do 80s. But my bloody pole only does down to 40. Then 10 and a half coming, does down to 60. But I've never really been a huge 80 meter user anyway. I went up on the little band and I've always preferred 40. The only activity I've ever seen on 80 for parks on the air and stuff like that is spent on FTA."}
