I learned my lesson backpacking in Glacier National Park. Had a water bladder on my backpack drinking what I thought was plenty of water. We're on top of a pretty high mountain, and coming back down, I realized I was running into trouble. Getting real shaky, running out of energy. Had we gone any higher, they would have had a helicopter to me off the mountain. I barely made it down the bottom. The closest hospital was the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. I ended up in there getting pumped with fluids. Even drinking water still ran into problems."}
