It was a lot harder to roast things. But now I have a roommate who roasts vegetables and they're wonderful. Now I think, boy, you know, I'd like to try some of those things that I wasn't that fond of like black IDs and a few other vegetables to post eat. You know, I wonder if I would try those prepared by a more modern chef who roasts some of the stuff. I'm going to have to go do that again sometime. That's all there is to it.
