This is a RATO RT950 Pro. This costs about a hundred bucks. That sounds like a pretty good deal. It'll do HF along with VHF and UHF. I'm assuming it does. UHF is well, but I definitely do have VHF because that's what this computer is. K7CPR repeater. Yeah, it can transmit all the way up to 999 MHz, but the power kind of suffers. It keeps the, what does it say, acoustic down. It lowers the power. And it only transmits about like five watts on HF out of ten watts."}
