I borrowed from from Mike I used it for a while and I used to cross band into the 2 meter repeater with that. That's the last time I did any of that. I know this radio and the radio and the car I also think my Kenwood V71A will also do it. I haven't played around with that much but I know the 9700 I have will not. That's not in its DNA. But anyway, although everybody complains that it doesn't it's just something I don't miss for in the house."}
