It's either really hot or really low. Yeah I know that sometimes there's other interconnections on these phones where you have to adjust an input level that's even prior to the DV switch device. So you might want to dig into the end-year audio settings on that device and see if there's any way to set a pre-fader for all the connected up to it. But yeah these noise cancelling headsets and earpieces can be a little challenging. And I've worked with a couple of people here who are trying to integrate them with their systems."}
