And then on the way home I got stuck in the worst God awful traffic to me an hour and a half to get from Georgetown to Ballard. And where I met a couple of friends at the at a secret beach on next to the Elks Lodge down on Shill Shull and Ballard. And I wasn't so see who there was a bunch of people there but and went cold water swimming for the first time in you know ever Seattle. It's a real cold water and it was really quite doable. I was surprised at my ability to stand it. And I stayed in water a long time and I don't recommend this but it's a but it's really dumb thing to do but you know I'm still alive and I've done a lot of dumb things. And I'm going to continue to do this one because it was so unbelievably."}
