And it takes a while to cool it back down again, especially during the summer. Well, I guess they have to have all the air conditioners have to have it's rested. Oh, no, it's not. It's the cost. Building this size, it's probably, I don't know, maybe 50 yards by 50 yards is the size of the gym. And I guarantee their electricity bill's probably close to 10,000 a month."}
