So that's a project. So it turns out that RV refrigerators use some kind of an ammonia-type solution where they use a boiler to literally boil that solution to cool the refrigerator. Now how that works is some kind of physics magic that I don't quite yet understand, but you know, there's a lot of things I don't understand.
