It's been a bit of a guffuffle because the minimum standard in FCC in the States is 500 kilohertz and of course everybody, most of these companion radios are 62.5, 128, 250 and the reason they go down to 62.5 is because at 22 dBm you get a lot more range. But apparently that's a big guffuffle at the FCC because the minimum 500 kilohertz when they wrote the standard, um, thanks to go. So here in Australia, we're allowed 30 dBm and 27 dBm if you're using the lower frequency, because the lower you go and bandwidth, the more grungy you get, like the further you get. So you've got to turn the power down and of course we're allowed one watt which is 30 dBm maximum. That's with an antenna connected as well too.
