So you got to stay hydrated. You got to keep drinking water. Now I'm drinking a minimum of three bottles of water a day, try for four if I'm exercising. I'll do six. So keep an eye on that. Keep an eye on the blood pressure off the... Whoops, about to time out there myself. And anyway, so everything's fine. I'm fine. But I just had to make it just by not taking any blood pressure medication in the last week. But I I did have a little blackout episode and when they took my blood pressure it was something like 82 over 60 or something really crazy like that and the pulse was like 120 which is way high and so we figured out I was dehydrated because some of the blood pressure medicine I was taking has a dieuretic in it so they took me completely off of blood pressure medicine. Apparently I've lost enough weight or I don't need blood pressure medicine anymore so we're kind of keeping an eye on that. I'm checking it three times a day now with my home monitor and which I wasn't doing before.
