So the issue was the amount of wear the tire had, as well as the age of the tire. So I know there's a seven year recommendation, or supposed to be a seven year limit on running tires. That doesn't mean you can't run them. I've got tires that some of my cars are pushing over ten years. Might not be a good idea, but you can still run them when they're that old. I thought there was at least a seven year law, but they were telling me at the store that the seven years has moved to five years. But the reason they would not repair the tire was due to pull. One was the age of the tire, the second was the wear that was on the tire. And I was due for new tires. So, uh, fifty thousand miles, that's pretty good on a truck on tires.
