So before I launch the question of the day, I think I will open up the short time and mobile round for anyone who may be motoring or just have just a few minutes before you need to head out for something. So short times and mobiles only please on our system. Come on in with your call sign twice, slowly and in standard phonetics."},{"callsign_confidence":1.0,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-11-10T07:04:35+00:00","id":78268,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":78267,"text":" QST, QST, QST. Good morning and welcome to the Worldwide Friendship Net for Monday, November 10th, 2025. My name is Dave, Alpha Bravo 7 Delta Whiskey and I'm located in Aloha, Oregon. This net starts at 7 a.m. Pacific, 10 a.m. Eastern Time and 1500 UTC time right now. Before we begin, I'd like to thank the following people for the use of their reflectors and equipment and the major one would be Michael Woffers, W8MW for the use of the 9617 Michigan reflector and the 96170 Michigan conference server. I'd like to thank Darrell Woffers, VL1UKZ for linking in the DoDropIn and the DoDropIn2. All of you node owners and all of you for being here because without you guys we wouldn't have a net. Emergencies take top priority on this net and every other net on amateur radio. If you have an emergency that we can help with at any time during a net, break the net with a double break and we'll help you any way we can and then go back to our net. If you're mobile or short time please let me know when you log in and when you check in and I'll put you at the top of the list so you don't have to drive around with a microphone in your hand. This is a popular net and to make it fair for all users, check-ins lasting more than four minutes including mic drops may be muted by net control. Questions of the week or questions of the day is we'll have our usual Monday question and what did you do this weekend, anything special or exciting that you'd like to impart to us? Alright, let's take some, I think the first round we'll take is, we'll take short times and check-ins. First round here, so if you're short time or mobile or short time and mobile, let us know by checking in with your call sign twice, infinities and slowly please. This is James, I'm a mobile user and you're watching or4me grievances globe."},{"callsign_confidence":0.8700000000000001,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-12-21T19:59:10+00:00","id":81885,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":81884,"text":"Well, good morning. It's November 27, 2025, Thanksgiving Day. And first we want to thank Michael W8MW for the use of the Great Lakes Reflector 9617 and Michigan Conference 9670. We also want to thank Joe, Darryl, VL1UKZ for the connection of the DoDropIn and the DoDropIn links, too. If you are mobile for time, let us know. We'll move to the top of the check-in so you don't have to drive around with your mic in your hand. From this point on, this is a control bit. Everything goes through the net controller. So let's take some check-ins and say your call slowly and phonetically. And please give me your name twice so I can get everything written down. And if you're new to the check-ins, please give me your name and location. And first off, I want to take a short time in bubbles. So with that, the bike is yours. Go ahead."},{"callsign_confidence":0.8200000000000001,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-12-22T18:25:59+00:00","id":86513,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":86512,"text":"Hey, sounds good there Larry gobble gobble and we'll look for you tomorrow. I don't know. Wow. I'm glad that Robert's doing good. I was going to give him a text today or a message today to see how he was doing. Anyway, let's go back to closing the net. We thank Michael Wotis, W8MW, for the use of the Michigan Conference Server and Darrell Warford, VL1UKZ, for the connecting of the dew drop-in. We also thank all of you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to check in with us here on the worldwide friendship net. You take care my friend and stay safe as well. Yes I will do what I can, but when I'm in a call party, I can't wear a window jacket. That's unfortunate, you know, so, but we're usually inside anyways, but it's still in the gym, you know, that can be cool as well. Back to you. Thank you so much. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven, November, Quebec, November. Yeah, I remember those days, and inside the gymnasium or any big gathering like that, it's usually a little chilly in any type of auditorium or something like that. It's always a little chilly in there. Even when they have the heat on, it's just such a big open area. It doesn't really warm very much. I spent a lot of time in airplane hangars and all sorts of stuff in my career, outside in tents where you think it'd be a little warmer, but it's not, even with the heaters going. And yeah, I understand. But Rosie, you guys take care. Give Glenn a big hug for me. And hopefully, we all wish for normal. I wish things were normal for all of us. But unfortunately, they're not. Not all the time, anyway. But it would be nice once in a while for things to be normal. But you guys take care. Of course, keep us updated on everything. And again, give a big hug to Glenn and a big hug to you. And of course, our prayers are always to you guys, well as Joe and Joyce and everybody on the net that needs it so and of course yeah like Joyce said of course for for clip also with his pup but I did do some research on his on the condition for his puppy and it can be treated and hopefully his dog will be okay they do have medication for it it can be treated and it's pretty successful so it's just kind of when you first see it happen of course it it just tears your heart apart but take care of their Rosie and we love you and that brings us down to the bottom of the net we're done anyway close the net we thank Michael Wotis w8mw for the youth of the Michigan Conference server I'm gonna drop for a second"},{"callsign_confidence":0.8700000000000001,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-12-24T17:01:34+00:00","id":95797,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":95796,"text":"Well, good morning.
