I hear you in the background there. Oh, I just turned on the radio while you were giving the intro and realized that I hadn't spoken to anyone in a couple weeks, so I'd better get on there and say hello. It was really great seeing you guys at the Ice Cream Social and everyone else too. It was a wonderful time. I don't know, I've been super busy this month so far. What do you know, a week and a half ago I got another one of my toes amputated, so I'm on doctor's orders. I'm staying home from work this whole week and a half until my stitches come out. It's like, I know, it's a first world problem. I'm missing a toe. But I don't know, it's forcing me to get some work done at home, some sit down work. Maybe I'll get some studying done, some radio stuff, and get a bunch of small copper work done in the trailer in the back. I don't know, it's knocking me off my schedule, but it's painless. It ain't going to grow back, but I'm hoping it's the last one I have to give up. It's a nutty situation. Anyway, I'm anxious to listen to the net and see who's out there because I love to hear voices pop up that I haven't heard in a while. And you too, right, you too's voices especially. Anyway, I don't know, just nothing extreme to report other than the toe thing. Anyway, love to you all. Take care everyone. Robert, Cammie, and everyone. I hear Paul coming up soon. Not all of them, but you know, like send me a picture of, send me a picture of the pile or container. Yeah, that's cool. I love it. Postcards. Andy, if you're still awake, never mind. I was going to ask you to do something illegal. Never mind. Anyhow, I am going to unkey and wait a few minutes. Not just a few minutes, but I will just say that this is probably the end of the next night due to the lack of people staying awake. Maybe everyone's partying over some mariners win. Anyway, I wish you a good evening everyone. I think we all need to remember to keep the PSRG admin group and the people that run this repeater in our minds and in our hearts full of gratitude for the work they do. I mean it may be nerdy and dorky, but it's incredibly important to continue our communications now and our existence in each other's lives. Right now we do it on the airwaves and that just doesn't happen automatically. There's people out there that are nameless, that are volunteering and making it all happen. Check out the PSRG website. It was like, I was a Sunday night DJ. And it was, uh, I think with the Heath kits that you said you had, if they were, like, if they're HF, I think there might be, like, somewhere in the 10-meter band that you could turn those on and at least, you know, like, experiment with or listen to at least and even broadcast on with the technician license. Let's talk airborne Those videos I can't see what it really did because it's a Army thing he would understand but in in civilian terms it made me happy I Missed that view you know Is that the view nobody gets to see unless you jump out of an airplane the view of the land? And as soon as you exit out the door, that prop blast blows you down, and you jump with your eyes closed, you're missing out on one of the most amazing views you'll ever see. I was going to ask, hey, did you get to jump on the airborne towers at Benning? So in 2000, 2001, when I went to the airborne school, I went there at Fort Benning. And we were able to utilize the towers. The rental's good and everything just worked out that we were able to do practice jumps on the towers. Everybody gets to do that, so that's always something I like to ask paratroopers. And yeah, man, those videos, it sure makes me want to go jump again. It's been, it's been at least 20 years since I've jumped out of a plane. In fact, yesterday I shared a picture of me when I was in the 82nd versus me yesterday, and I'm afraid to say I've gotten old. It is what it is. Better than dying though, right? Anyhow, man, that was cool. I'm gonna I'm gonna save those videos if you don't mind cuz whenever I start thinking I want to hurt somebody watch the videos remind Myself I don't have to I can jump out of a plane Hey, did y'all do the uh? The whole mechanism you know 30 seconds 10 seconds stand up hook up shuffle to the door Did y'all do all of that stuff too? I mean I wouldn't know if y'all did all that on a fun jump like that We should call them Hollywood jumps But anyhow, I just didn't know how How military minded the jump was so that was that was really cool Darryl is great in that today man. You all did a good job. You did well. You did very well. The All Scan. I'm sorry I didn't catch your call sign. I was working on something. I think I know who you are. Anyhow. Man, email me. I think that's what you told me. And nothing else we can get on there and and and let you do the driving and I'll try to help you I don't know if I can do that today But we can set up some time over the next couple of days and there's so much more than just all scan by the way There is a you I'm trying to think of his name and somebody on this net I'm sure can fix me up He is out of Oklahoma The ham radio crusader. That's how I remember him kind of goofy, but he's really good at all sorts of So anyhow, what is his name? ham radio crusader is that right? I think that's right anyhow anyhow you might check that out because that's where I stand out I actually that's where that's where I got a lot of my data from a lot of my info on all-star and everything I started I started taking his videos and dropping them in the notebook early on and having it having it help me figure out what I was doing so I don't know if that helps or not but maybe it will okay well then that's enough time for me today I want to say I want everybody to have a great day that's what I want everybody to have I heard a new saying that I'm thinking about starting to use instead of saying hey I hope you have a good day I'm really trying to say hey I hope you have the day you deserve would that be rude that's a good question can I see that I mean that is that rude instead of me going hey man Josh you have a I'll be like Josh another day you deserve is that rude no I think it might be a little rude KJ5, ILQ, saving 73's to you all.
