Hey, good morning, you, Bill, and everybody listening on the net. Could be a short net or we get to talk a long time, Bill. Whiskey Alpha Seven Alpha Delta Michael here in Kirkland, just north of downtown. And it's a rainy day out, everybody knows that. I wonder if Jim's, the little snow he's getting rain over there at the lake. Rained about two tenths of an inch, rain two tenths yesterday, really poured for us last night. I heard it anyway, I'm humid right now, though I can feel that too. So I'm not doing too much here, I'm packing for the Bigfoot. And they moved our site to a site that is not very large and I don't know if it's gonna be able to take all the vehicles and people. And we may have competition from regular campers too, so anyway, we'll see. On Saturday morning, I go down tomorrow to a place called Coldwater Lake for one night and set up ham gear. Anyway, that's what's going on over here, Bill. Not much else to talk about. Everybody should have a safety out there. Whiskey Alpha Seven Alpha Delta. All right, thank you, Michael. Well, it's kind of a gray day. And looking out there, I just see a gray sky behind my two telltale trees. And they're just sitting there, so there's no breeze to speak of. So yep, it's a gray day. And a gray day, I suppose. All right. Thank you, Michael. And Rich, how's the listing going? W4RCH, good morning. Good morning, Bill. Good morning, everyone on that. Listing's going pretty good. We're going to have our first open house this weekend. We've had a little bit of traffic, which is always encouraging. So we'll just play it day by day. You know, the wonderful thing about selling a house is you never know what's gonna happen 10 minutes from now. Anyway, yeah, it definitely is gray here and very, very calm. Supposed to be sunny this afternoon or warm up a good bit, but I was grateful to see the little bit of rain that we had. We had a total of just under half an inch, but the ground is a little damp now. I don't know if I'd really call it wet. But every little bit helps this time of year. We're grateful for it. The straw that we call grass might actually show a little bit of green, but I don't know that we've had enough water for that to really happen. Anyway, that's life here in Lake Stevens. This is Rich, W4RCH. Back to you, Bill. All right, thank you, Rich. Yeah, I hate that yellow, dried look of a lawn. So we keep ours watered, fortunately. We're on a independent water system here in a large aquifer, so it's fairly inexpensive to keep it green. But yeah, half an inch of rain. I didn't look at the rain gauge. That's enough to get things started to green up. That'll be nice. But summer's not over yet. We'll still have lots of dry weather. All right, thank you, Rich. K7, PDZ. Morning, Jim. Good morning, Bill. And everybody out there today. And we had rain last night too here. It was just a gentle rain, and it was really still pretty warm out there. And so we sat out in the rain, basically. We do not have a covered deck here, or a covered patio. So we put up the umbrella. We have our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our sun umbrella is rectangular. It's about five by seven when it's up. So we just put the, put the umbrella over our two chairs and a table. We sat out in the rain and it was, it was so much fun. It was just so, so, so enjoyable doing that. Haven't done that for a long time. Always had a, always had a covered, a covered front porch. So we used to sit out, out in the, when it was raining back in Ohio all the time. So this was, this was, we haven't done that for a long time. So we had a lot of fun doing that. And today we're supposed to have, it's sunny out here now, 63 degrees, but we're supposed to have some standard thunderstorms this afternoon. So not going to plan on doing too much outside today. So anyway, I don't know. That's about all that's going on here. Been watching our neighbors. They're having, they're having, there's some divers out in front of their place. They were here yesterday. They're using a vacuum system to suck up all the weeds, all the seaweed under their dock and in their swimming area. So I hate to think how much that's costing them. So anyway, that's about all we got going on here. So it's time for maybe by now, people have gotten a little bit of coffee in them and are waking up. So anyway, that's all I got to. So just like Michael, we'll talk as long time as I can. Back to you, Bell, 73's everybody. And Michael, you have a lot of fun there on your Bigfoot this weekend. So anyway, 73's, this is Jim and Jane at Deer Lake K7. PDZ. All right, thank you, Jim. Well, scattered thunderstorms. That could be a pretty dramatic afternoon. And yeah, get some rain out of it also probably. Well, I hope it's just a dramatic afternoon and doesn't start any fires or anything. Then you're talking about the vacuuming of the lake. That just sounds a bit weird. And I bet it is expensive. But yeah, to get a swimming area cleared out like that, that's pretty nice. Interesting to say the least. All right. This is the nine o'clock bend for a Thursday morning. More check-ins, please. All right. Whiskey Quebec 7 Hotel, this is James. Good morning, James. WQ 7H, next please. Kilo Delta 7, pop up Whiskey off. Uh, Dave. Bravo, Dave. Ha ha, near Brianville. Sorry about that, I had my mouth full. Ha ha, yeah, I'll do that. All right, enjoy your oatmeal. All right. KD7, Papa Whiskey Bravo. Good morning, Dave. Well, good morning, Bill. I'm Hidacarron there and everybody on the net. Great to hear everyone this morning. Well, we got kind of a rainy, drizzly kind of morning here. We did have a bit of a thunderstorm last night, but it was well off to the east of us. And so tonight, well, this afternoon, they're saying more thunderstorms possible and some rain and that kind of thing. So like can you say, it's a little bit cooler out. We're only up to about 70 degrees now. So and our height is supposed to be in the low 80s. So definitely a little cooler weather for today and tomorrow. So we'll see what happens. And cooler, still on the week, staying cool through the weekend. But we should be back in the sunny conditions. So that'll be nice. And let's see, got a little shopping to do today. So yeah, got to get that done. And then it's hanging out in the wood shop and get back to work on these guitars I've got. So it's down to polishing and then putting the bridge on them and getting the setup done and all that fun stuff. So there you go. Anyway, I just have to say hi. And I will say bye and turn it back. Thanks for doing that Bill. I'll turn it back to you. 27 Papa Whiskey Bravo Dave, behind Desert Pirate Radio. All right, thank you, Dave. And drizzle there, that's interesting. Well, we haven't had any rain here in, I don't know, quite a while. And I don't know what the forecast is for today. I haven't looked yet. It says partly sunny. But well, that probably tells the story, actually. Currently 64 degrees here. Well, let's see, yes. And shopping to do and shop time. Sounds like you got lots going on today. Thank you, Dave. I don't smell any smoke in the air, but I sure did last night. I have no idea where it's coming from. This is W4RCHrich. Anyway, well, we've got a little bit of action going on around here. As you know, we've had our home on the market for a while. They've been back three times but can't quite pull the trigger yet. So we're hoping one of these comes through so that we can finally move on with our lives. But other than that, it's been great. We've got a guy working here on our deck after 28 years that needs to be torn down and built back up. There was more dry rot in there than I would have believed. But that's what's going on here. So future contacts for the next few months will be not on the air but on Echolink. Which I look forward to with mixed emotions. It's always hard to get in with Echolink because of the delay on it. But it works and it works. So it's the only thing that's out there. The only thing that's available. Whether we're going to get one inch or two inches in the next couple days, I don't know. So the ground is kind of pre-prepared for heavier rainfall. That's much better than if it's been dry, you know, for an extended period of time and then suddenly there's a heavy rain when the ground's not really ready to be accepting anything. And I think maybe the lawn mowing days are over though. So anyone who wants to get out there and mow their lawn, maybe today would be a good day for that when it dries out a little later, when the dew goes away.
