And then the other night I actually went to Costco and bought one of their rotisserie chickens. There's a lot of meat on those burgers. Actually quite astounding and I was just marveling as I was dismembering the carcass. I was like, wow, this is actually a pretty economical meal, you know? If you're like short on cash, got a fee to your family. there's actually a lot of meat on this. And I always kind of wonder like how many people are not as diligent, you know? And like how much of that meat goes to waste. Anyway, I am not a spokesperson for Costco, nor am I a spokesperson for chickens. It has to be a certain way. I can't swallow it It just won't go down no matter what I do do. There is one secret though that I will share with you guys. Jim if you like milk my mother has yelled at me for years not yelled at me but you know she's told me for many years take your pills with milk and I used to think she was crazy I mean I love milk but but she used to say that it coats the stomach it's better going down with milk it coats the stomach and it's easier to swallow and one day I thought well okay I guess I'll try it you know so I did and it actually does work for me now that I can't find that cup if I take my morning pills with milk like I was doing when we were doing the nut earlier when that pill got kind of stuck because I was trying to swallow in a hurry that's partly why I got stuck but I was I was drinking milk but I ran out of milk milk, that's why it got stuck. But if you take, if you use milk with the pills that are hardest to swallow, it will, you know, it will make it easier to go down. If you're, you know, lactose intolerant, get some almond milk and do that. Because I mean, you can probably drink that. My roommate does that all the time. And that will work too. And It really does work. So I would give out some thought you guys because she used to drill with me and finally when I tried it I was like, all right mom, I'll try it, and it works, it really does. So every morning without fail I drink stuff as milk.
