"text": "Sorry about that Jack. I'm choking on whatever. I'm eating germs Even sunflower seeds and one kind of went down the wrong wrong space Robert jump-started the Jeep for me and it ran until I got down to where I was Going to run my errand and thankfully he sent the jump box with me because it wouldn't start again after I got back from my errand so had to figure out how to use the jump box. It would seem pretty simple, but he's got a new fangled fancy one that is a lot more complicated than the standard one. So I was pretty proud of myself for figuring out how to work it and get the Jeep jump started and get back home. And I misspeak, it wasn't the Jeep, it was the Juke, because it was the red one. It's fun to drive, but it doesn't always want to stop. And the gas gauge doesn't work, so you risk running out of gas if you don't keep it full. All right, I'm getting pinged for work. I'm gonna have to go and clear my throat so I can speak with my coworkers. And sorry about that, choking on my sunflower seeds on air. I've got too many things going on all at one time. Thanks for getting me back in here, Jack. I appreciate you, all the numbers. KJ7RAB, back to night control."

"text": " VE1WIN, KJ5, I love you. Peter, thank you so much. You've actually brought more questions than answers, but that's not uncommon with me. I was actually looking at different modes. You brought up Fusion. You sound like you were selling the Fusion radio, but I'm also looking at DMR for talk groups. I'm not sure where to go. Apparently, from what I can tell, there's not really. I mean, it usually does the Fusion, of course. Unless you're getting used to it, you're not getting Fusion, it seems like. Again, I don't know much about this. I'm just now really decided to start looking more into Henry outside of what I'm already doing. I'm going to look at some Leishu, Leishan. Wait, I'll find Leishan. I'm going to look at some videos. Of course, the bail checks. I have a little UV fiber and then I have another UV fiber made by a different person or a different company. That's what I use for local when I do that. I have a home-built quarter-rate ground plane that I built right after I got my license, put it 30 feet up in the air. I got pretty good on it, especially with those little radios. Yeah, I just want more. I don't know. Fusion, I know I want ATRS built into it, which I think most of them come with that. I have been looking at the Anytone AT Delta 878 UV2 Plus. It does analog DMR tier 2. It has built-in GPS and full APRS. It has a big color screen. It has a 3100 milliamp-hour battery. It says from my research that it's really the DMR gold standard for under $400. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. That's my problem with hand radios. It's so really awesome. You'll not get it no more. Great, AC2PKG. I am sure you have some insight into this. I'm going to pass the mic to you."

"text": " VE5REG, a vaccine believer. It's for you. Okay. We will do a quick call for check-ins, see if anybody else wants to get in on the discussion. And then we're going to have a hard question. And we can make it part of the 73 round since it's 934, and just let you guys take some extra time to do it. We can go over. So let's do a call for check-ins. This is KC2PKG, and I'm calling you into the Monday, September 1 version of the CowabungaNet. We'd love to hear from you. So come down with your call sign."
