"text": "AA4HI, thanks for joining us this morning, I hope to stick around for the 73 round. Usually I talk about why I'm asking this question, and one of the reasons that I ask this question is because I didn't think everybody knew anything about this. And the kind of major change it reflects. I had the privilege of growing up in the last 80 years, and that was the time of Pax Americana. After the Second World War, some very wise heads got together and pointed out that for the last 600 years all the major wars had started in Europe and is there a way to calm them down and what they figured out was if we say we're going to take care of you, they're less likely to rearm and we're less likely to have more wars. You may think of it as being ripped off and they're not paying for their own defense and stuff like that, but now they are rearming, and that's exactly the opposite thing I think we want. It's not good for us. It's not a national strategy to have a well-armed American in Europe. So that was the reason for them doing that, and this kind of flies right in the face of that. are the guys with more fare if they pay for their own stuff. If they didn't have enough stuff to start a war, we were better off. So we'll see what happens because there's nothing you can do about it now. Anyway, let's start the 73 round and we'll go to Bentley first, VE3FBX. Did you have fun on the net this morning, Bentley? And do you have any final thoughts for us? This is Casey 2, PKG. BE3FBX, always enjoy your net gray, it's entertaining as heck. No real final thoughts, hope everybody has a great day, try to focus on the positive. 73 y'all, BE3FBX."

And maybe if anyone else has suggestions for what to do about that better front end rejection with a big signal coming from very close by. by. Bandpass filters maybe. I know on field day people make bandpass filters and then try and coordinate so they're not maybe on the same band at the same time. I don't know if you're able to do that with your neighbor, see where he is and adjust, try and stay out of each other's way. That sounds like a tricky one. Back to you V6ZMZ V3RWJ."

So this has been the TransCanada Net for Sunday, September 28th. We will be back next Sunday with another Net Controller and another topic for this net. To see the other nets on the TransCanada Hub, please go to the Canada Hub. Sorry, not the TransCanada Hub, just the Canada Hub. To see more of what's on the Canada Hub throughout the week, go to thecanadahub.ca. 73, everyone have a good week. And go Jays go if there are any Blue Jays fans out there. V3 RWJ."

Circumstances were working against me. Now I'm here. To answer your question, mostly I regret selling off my ICOM India Charlie 7400. It was a very, very good radio back in the days when I had a full-scale ham station in Helsinki. Currently, I live here in Kaeuro, central Finland. I don't have a station up and running yet. Now I'm building it step by step. First, I'm going to start with a 4-meter band. Then hopefully I can expand it into HF bands again, which I love very much to work on, especially on SSB. And of course, at the same time, I'm hunting to get a replacement ICOM India. Charlie 7400. So hopefully this answers to your question. And once again, thanks for having me. Operator here, by the way, is Jukka, Juliet Uniform KiloKil Alpha. QTH is Kaeuro, central Finland, like I said. I'm going to hand it back to you, V3RWJ-OH2-LBX. Give us hell."

It integrates with logging programs, rotor programs, any sort of third-party stuff that you use. You can tie it all together. And it's written by a Canadian, Tom V82FSQ there in Quebec.
