I did fly on Monday, flew on Monday a little bit. We did slow, see I'm going to confess my worst part of, I'm going to brag first. I fly an airplane dang good. In well controlled and all the exercises like you know, slow speed, power on stalls, power off stalls, emergency landing perhaps, all that kind of stuff. I'm real good at all that. The round out to landing is just my struggle bus. The approach is always great. It's coming in while I'm learning this thing. And that is just the magic touch that I do not have. So on Monday we did a little bit of slow speed, low, they call it MCA for those who don't know, Minimal Controllable Air Speed. And you bring it right down against the stall and then try to control it because really ultimately when you're coming in for a landing, you want to be just barely above that. So that slow feeling that you get above the runway that makes me go, and then I usually heart drop it in or something like that. Anyway, that's what I'm working on there Bill. Thanks for asking. Yeah, going flying on, let's see, Sunday. So that's the next one. We'll go up on Sunday and then work on that. We're going to do some ground school stuff too. And I am going to share a story only because it's the end of the net. So my buddy Mike and I, when we were 20ish years old, we did bicycle camping. And we would ride our bikes from Shoreline all the way up through Whidbey Island and up across Santa Cordes and out to the San Juan Islands. And then we would tour all the islands and camp overnight, and then we'd come back. But all along the way, whenever we were going, if we saw tubes on the ground, Mike would be up in front of me, and he would yell out loud, I'm not going to be a statistic! And he would go around the tubes. He would defiantly say, I'm not going to be a statistic. And then typically, I would just follow. I mean, we had all our gear and stuff. These are heavy bikes and stuff. And then I would swerve out of the way, and we would go off the edge and not be a statistic. I'm not going to be a statistic. You can say that now, Bert. When you go either over or around the tubes, you can declare whether you're a statistic or not. So anyway, thanks Bert. Alright, 9 o'clock med. Comments, questions, concerns, or first time check-ins.
