All right, letís hold it up right there. I heard VA3KKY, and since heís going first, I know he doesnít plan to stay around for a long time, but he will be around for a while. Weíve got Peter, DE1WYN. We got DE3FBX, Ben is out there, and I think heís in and out. We got DKN4LBF, good morning to you, D. And we got KB9NSK, who is also in and out. So letís go back to Kevin, VA3KKY. Whatís going on with you, Kevin? How was your weekend? And what are the plans for the week? Over to you, VA3KKY. Yeah, you pretty much got it. You pretty much got it, yeah. Iím probably going to try to see if I can get another 40 minutes or so of sleep. I woke up, you know, because I guess I kind of had to, right? My bladder woke me up, so to speak. So I thought I would come on for, you know, a half an hour or so, and I did. Iím getting to the half an hour point to maybe see if anyone was really on. I saw that there might have been a spill and an outage through a few hours ago, so I thought that this might be one of the tough mornings where we might have to talk it up for a bit. I know youíre confident in it, and we do have big talkers here, so right now, this minute, I donít have to do any hour-long key-ups, because I know thereís others confident, and they can hold it. But this might be one of those mornings, because I sort of wonder whoís around. And I did think, unless thereís some people invisible, it might be a tough gig today. Otherwise, not too bad. The weatherís holding out. I think they say itís supposed to be warm for a few more days, and then itís supposed to start looking like fall. And Iím ready for it, you know. Iím not the biggest fan of winter. I kind of hide myself and keep bundled up and stashed away during it. But, you know, I like the four seasons, and itís a good routine thing. So we will play it that way this year, and see just what happens, probably today, as I listen further to the global news and a few other things, weíll find out if thereís any relent whatsoever on the union disputes here, which is crippling a lot of businesses in downtown Surrey and Victoria and those kind of places here. And then on the across Canada front, yes, sorry, I donít mean to give you an hour key-up here. I guess Iím doing it anyway. Iím not trying to, though. I want to have something to say besides just, ìHey, hi, how you doing?î Because thereís probably still no let-up on Canada Post. But Iím to understand, right, because my dad left yesterday, and so he should be with us and in full effect here in Van City today, middle of the afternoon. But he needed to take care of some business even once he gets in town, so he isnít hitting our crib until later. He was saying that back at the house, back at 39 Sanford, yeah, the QRZ again, he said that thereís still mail being sent. So even though Canada Post has walked out, like there are 500 workers have at least walked out, he says he received the cable bill and we also get the inner care. Well, no, he has to pay for that online. So I take care of that. But he mentioned a few other bills and a few other statements that he received. I forgot what they were, but he received. The point being is that he said that there must be still a certain priority mail thatís being sent. So we kind of wonder the extent of the walkout. Now since it is illegal, theyíre not supposed to do this. Theyíre not supposed to walk out the way theyíre doing it. The strike is illegal. And since itís only in response to the Carney government and their mandates for the Canada Post, they donít agree with it, they walked out. And so there could be a chance that Ottawa is making sure that the people that are waiting for statements still get their statements. I mean, perfect scenario, I want my dad to get away from paper. You know what I mean? I can do stuff on my phone even if he doesnít. I can do enough for the few of us. I got my roommate who helps. So honestly, if he would just please get away from paper statements, itís old school, itís like itís dead, then we wouldnít have any ties with Canada Post. Everything would be e-bills and it would be perfect. I mean, I have a love-hate relationship with e-bills, but come on, thatís where itís going. In order to fix this exclusion that I can see around the corner for us, he needs to get into this century. And if he isnít going to learn his phone, heís got to get into the e-bill situation. And Iím willing to bet, see I could almost, heís not here, but I could almost say not that he would care, but I could almost say, listen, everyone I know on the ham radio is doing e-bills. Ainít nobody waiting around for a letter, all right? So you gots to get with it. Not that that would make a difference, that wouldnít make a dent for him. Heís going to do what he does, but Iím saying, I want to try to get him to get away from the paper. Spend your paper. Make sure your paper is long, but get away from the paper. All right. Hey, listen, Iím hyper as hell, so Iím probably not going to get any sleep, but I at least want to pretend to before I start my work at six, six, seven-ish and get something to eat. Have a good one, Gray, and enjoy your questions, and Iím sure someone will be shouting answers. I kind of know how it works. Take care. VA3KKY. Bye, bye. Back to you next."
