"text": "Alright, yeah now looking at some of the restaurants. So if you get a chance, it looks like Mary's back porch Like it's at her house, but I'll bet it's not. I bet it's just a really nice cozy restaurant 87 restaurant Oh Taqueria doll heart number two. Hey, how about that? Well, it looks like there's a lot of other places as well Oh wasabi sushi bar. I don't know if you're a sushi fan, but looks like Herbie's is there too Anyway, lots of restaurants. All right, that's a pretty good selection for a small town. All right, well back on the road just as soon as you can, and a safe trip to the next stop. Thanks for dropping by, Rich. Say hi to Polo the Pump. All right, that was Rich, and if you want to track Rich on his adventure crossing back to Tampa eventually, you can get on APRS.FI, type in the designator K30E-9. All right, there you go. Reggie, take care. More stations, please, for the new net. Alpha, Delta, Michael."

"text": "Good afternoon, Kirk and everyone on the net. K9 BBC Brooks here in Newcastle. I did hear Jeff and radio waves over there to Jeff. Yeah, checked into the antenna net last night. I got my, I was working on getting my node reset back up. And actually, I was trying to connect to the Poppa system with A star. And I wasn't able to do that, so I ended up jumping on an all-star. But anyway, that was a lot of fun. And my call sign, K9, is for the doggos. Cause I'm a dog person and BBC is my initials so that's where the call sign comes from. And then Megan did the same thing but MLR's got her maiden name with it so. Anyway I am out here in the garage doing some tidying, gotta make some room for a refrigerator. So we ordered a new refrigerator and it'll be delivered next week so I'm out here organizing stuff to make room for where the old fridge is going to move out to the garage so but you know the garage needed to be cleaned anyway so this is just a little helpful little kick in the butt to get me started on it sooner than maybe I would have but anyway that's alright I'm starting to get a plan coming together which is good because I only had a semblance of a plan when I started but as I'm out here kind of working through stuff it's all coming together. So, anyway, thanks for doing that. 731-K9BD."

"text": "Yeah, I was thinking that, too, where I had a sneaking suspicion. A sneaking suspicion is all you ever have. No, I'm just joking. I was thinking of a hop-a-long thing. But anyways, he says that to the bad guy. A sneaking suspicion is all you ever have. But anyways, no. I had a sneaking suspicion that Darryl would know a little something about the RF situation. So yeah, as Josh was talking earlier, I thought Darryl would know about this shit. he certainly did all right yep and it's something that I might bear in mind if there's ever a future where I might have an RF link never say never I don't dislike them right I mean I think honestly I'm married to my phones more than one because six is bound to kill you all you need is three okay I really twisted that right it's supposed to be the phrase is supposed to be like you might talk about a family car and people used to say two is bound to kill you all you need is one I'm just taking it absolutely to the top with phone so yeah I'm married to my phones so I I just can't picture going down the RF Road but it's it's interesting so I would say hold that thought I don't totally throw away. I really doubt I'll ever be working on a Raspberry Pi. Probably about the same day I work on an iPad or a Mac Pro or a mini Mac. And it'll be the same day that I friggin' drive as well. Or maybe shoot off a Glock at cops. Who knows, right? But too many people were doing that stuff. So why mean popping off? So I mean why would I set a precedent? When's that going to happen? Even a blind precedent. So yeah I would say hold that thought on the RF stuff. But I knew that Darryl would have a few tidbits about it. I thought about when Josh spoke. So I'm still got lots of room on the list for you to check in and listening for call signs."

I wanted to say I've heard of plasmas TVs causing interference, not necessarily people getting into them, but the plasma screens causing interference themselves. They seem to be going away. Thanks Jeremy. And Vern, VA3CRF, welcome to the net."
