Yeah, I thought of it when I unkeyed. It was the fact I was running from the other room. I should have taken the radio with me. Yeah, still selling that Tilt now. We've sold, I gotta double check the numbers, but I think it's 26 or 27. And there's three orders pending right now. Two of them are paid for. They're gonna ship on Monday. And the third one, he's supposed to pay me next week. But I've got it on the list of orders. So that'll put us real close to 30 when those three are shipped. So yeah, that's still happening. It's become a pretty consistent seller. I've made improvements to it. We've definitely made improvements. A couple of changes make it a little better. And every once in a while, I've done I guess 43 now, where someone will contact me with a very special request. If they need it extra wide. I've got to make it out of different material. They want it extra wide for three inch. I think one of them was a three and a quarter inch U-bolt. And even though the thing is four inches wide, you can't get the nut or a socket on it in a quarter inch thick material. So quarter inch thick. On the side walls, if you put a three inch U-bolt in there, you can't get the nut started. So anyway, we've made three of them that are drastically modified from the original design. Just bigger materials. So anyway, yeah, those are still selling. And of course, we're still getting the semi-cross. Antenna mounts for CB and amateur radio. Whatever you want to use. We do sell them for satellite radio. But yeah, that's been keeping busy. I'll be working tomorrow actually. Probably a full day tomorrow, Saturday. Normally I don't do that, but I think I will. Because I want to get two of them out of here Monday. They're trying to get on the radio a little bit tomorrow evening. I don't have any plans for the weekend. And Craig, I see you on the list here. Nice to see you as well. We had a lovely morning. Normally, we go to the gym on Friday mornings. We said, it's a nice morning. Let's just go for a hike. So we went up to St. Jacobs, which is north of Waterloo, and we took a walk along the Conestoga River. It was a beautiful walk, 15 degrees or something like that. So a lovely morning for a walk. And then we went out for breakfast after the hike up in St. Jacobs. And St. Jacobs is an historic town, which is just north of Waterloo, Ontario. I'm using, today I'm using a new node on a Raspberry Pi. I built a new All Star node on a Raspberry Pi 5. And I put an NVMe drive on it just because, just to see how it works. I had just come in the door when I checked in. I just walked in the house a couple minutes before four o'clock. I am done for the day, home for the night, taking it easy tonight. Probably going to get on HF tomorrow. And it was cold here this morning. They're getting close to freezing. I'll tell you, it was below 40 Fahrenheit. It was like 38, 37 or 38 at 6 a.m. So that's only about, you know, four, five degrees, I guess, from freezing. So, oldest night we've had this year. Well, since probably February or March, I don't know. Other than that, not a whole lot happening. Trying out a new Radtel radio that arrived today, the Radtel RT950. I'm not on it now. I'm on else. But I got this analog RT950 Pro that I just took off the charger. I'm going to be playing with that tonight. See if I can figure that thing out. I'll give it back to you, Graham, back to net control. Oh, you mentioned Machardist earlier. Yep, that's the word. That's the mashup of machinist and artist. I'm surprised you remembered that one. Yeah, you had it right, Machardist. So I'll give this back to net control from N9KGC. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven, November, Quebec, November. All-star... Well, thank you so much, V. And thanks for reassuring me that it didn't kind of cause any offense. Machardist. There we go. Yeah, machinist and artist, a kind of couple of that. So that's great. So I got it right. As soon as I said it, I thought, hey, listen, am I saying something that may sound offensive? There you go. Sometimes I get so paranoid. I really do. Am I offending anybody? But anyway, thank you. Thank you so much. And lovely to hear your phrase there. You're done for the day and home for the night. And that's absolutely wonderful, especially on a Friday as I start to the weekend. Everybody should be at least done for the week and home for the weekend at least, at least, at least. So good stuff. Thank you so much, V. And did the Vactel, I think you said the 950 Pro. I was actually looking at that. And it's got quite a big receive range there, shortwave and everything else, including SSB and CW, I believe. But one of the reviews I saw was like it was quite deaf. It was quite deaf on shortwave. And was it the 880 or the, well, anyway, the 800 and something. It was better for receive and shortwave. But of course, you can't transmit using SSB or anything else. But anyway, it's a fantastic way that these companies are bringing out all these various radios with all the different possibilities and for receive capabilities, sometimes transmit capabilities as well. It's actually quite exciting. And they don't cost too much. And so, you know, it's quite amazing. And, you know, thanks to people like yourself, I know you could help some reviews and everything else. So we do kind of learn about things before we go and spend our pennies. So thanks for that V. And that's absolutely wonderful. So there we go. I had something else to say as well, but I've forgotten all about it. So I'll throw back to you for any final comments on that. I wrote that call sign down. I'll look it up in a little bit. Kilo Echo 2 Gulf Kilo Lima. I did make a note of it that time. I'll have to check it out just to see. I think you said La Cielette, New Jersey and that sounds very familiar. I just can't remember where it is compared to where I lived in Union County or Clark. Yeah, 851.405 is the ZMR channel that I usually monitor. I try to take one of the IT radios or network radios with me in the shop almost every day and sometimes I'm on the 065 also. Yeah, I knew about the directional antennas for links and stuff in the broadcast world but what I was so surprised about was the actual transmitter antenna transmitting to the public on the radio station's frequency. I thought that would always be an omni. I thought. I just assumed. I never really gave it much thought. I just pictured in my head that a commercial broadcast station would surely be transmitting off an omni antenna and he corrected me on all that and explained why. I was amazed. I was just amazed. That's just 15 degree tilt that we need to build into this mount and they're going to let me do it. They're going to let me do one for sure. They definitely want to try one of mine. It's going to be something different than what I've been doing now. We've got other ones where they had to do a 2 degree tilt for a specific reason. And when I talk to you about it, I'll tell you all about it. It was just a very interesting meeting. It was supposed to be one hour and at the one hour mark we finished up and I stood up to leave and all. And before you knew it, we were standing there talking for another hour. I ended up spending two hours with them which was great. I didn't mind at all. So a lot of interesting info. All right, I'm going to look that call sign up on QRZ in a little bit. I had just gotten in the house here when I checked in so I'm going to get out of my work clothes. And I'll be listening along. I'm going to leave this on so I can listen to the rest of the net. And before you know it, it will be supper time here. I think it's 5.15 or 5.20 now. 1720 I guess. So I'll give it back to you Diggs. I'll get back to listening, back to net control from N9 KGC."},{"callsign_confidence":1.0,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-10-31T13:36:24+00:00","id":73163,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":73162,"text":" Oh, thanks, Graham. Six months old already. That's pretty quick. I can't get over that he is six months. I heard something on here. I don't know if it was on here or did I read it on Facebook? I don't know. I think it was on here that he's going to a different school now. Well, maybe it's a private tutor. Maybe that's it instead of the other school, which is pretty neat. I hope he's doing good. Now, as far as this thing tonight, I told them where I was invited that I'd be, if I could make it, and then they pressured me, but I said if I can make it, I'd be coming right from work in my plain regular clothes. I don't really do anything for Halloween. So I wanted them to know. And it sounded like that was OK. I think other people might be possibly dressed in costume. I don't know. I am going to take a welding helmet with me in the truck. So if anybody says anything or jokingly gives me a hard time, I will get the welding helmet. I guess I should show up with the welding helmet on. Then they won't. Nobody can see me that way. And I should park down the street and walk so they don't see my truck. So I don't know if I'll do any of that, but I will take the welding helmet in the truck. I've done that before years ago somewhere else on a Halloween thing I was invited to. So I don't know. I'd really rather just stay home really to be honest with you. But I know them. They're right here in town. And yeah, they asked me twice. So I'm going to make it short when I do get there. I won't be staying there until midnight like most of those people will. No, I'll be in and out of there in an hour I'm sure. So that's my plan anyway. All right, I'll give this back to you, Graham, back to net control. And like I said, I'll be here listening to the rest of the net. And I think that's it for me. I got at least another hour of work here. What is it, 3.30 my time? Yeah, I'll be here until at least 4.30. Let's get over there by six. I think that's the plan. They're going to start cooking outside at six or something. So we'll see. It'll all up in the air. I don't know. Back to you, Graham from N9KGC."},{"callsign_confidence":0.94,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-10-24T14:25:53+00:00","id":67956,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":67955,"text":" Yeah, Graham, I'll keep this real short. There was one thing I was going to mention. You know, I'm still working with TalkPod on that LVA platform, that virtual amateur thing. Anyway, as of today, we are officially fully and completely running that on servers here in the United States which will help all locations around the world primarily because it used to be on one server that was on the other side of the Chinese firewall. Now it's on much better hardware and it's here in the US. So that whole TalkPod LVA platform, you know, DOIP, amateur radio, that thing should be working much better. And it was. I was on there today. So I just wanted to mention that. And yes, New Year's Eve will be here before we know it. So I think we've talked about it. I'm on the list, I believe. And I'll be looking forward to it. I think that's it, Graham. I'll say 7-3 for now. And I'll be listening through the rest of the net. N9 KGC."}]}
