"text": "Heck, yesterday I waited until my wife woke up and she had pancakes, you know, frozen pancakes. Actually, they're not bad. They're not bad at all. You just stick them in the microwave, heat them up, but they're kind of sweet and they're kind of what do you call it, buttermilk pancakes type mix. But I had myself an English muffin, a fried egg, and some sausage of a sausage patty. And that was probably the best breakfast I've had in a week because, like I said, usually I just pack my lunch with, you know, radishes and cheese and some kind of meat, salami or ham or something and maybe a banana or an orange and that's what I have for the whole day. I usually eat it in small spurts, that kind of thing, but that was a big meal that filled me up all damn day."

"text": " Twisting a look at my bookshelf which is behind me when I'm on my care and Where it's here somewhere. I don't know. It's probably my mystery murder mystery shelf. I have got some Tess Gerritsen and Kate Quinn and and I just ordered another Tess Gerritsen spy novel a sequel to the spy coast. I Don't know David if you if you are an avid novel reader or not or into that genre, but I like books that are I like sci-fi obviously, but I also have in my later years really delved into murder mystery and Because they're they're they're They're problems. It's still intriguing because you know, you're trying to figure out what's going on. It's similar to science but I don't know why but but I discovered Midsummer Murders and I've watched all of them and I have a lot of them. I've got about nine seasons of it on DVD But anyway, I'll stop there. Thanks, David Wow I'm so distracted. I didn't even write your time After I don't know what to do. Anyway, take care David"
