      "text": " Well that was fast. Good morning. What am I going to do today? You know it is going to be 95 degrees here today and yesterday it was in the 90s too. I live in Napa, California, not usually 90s. So yesterday I stayed inside. I have central air now so I stayed inside and watched TV and I doubled with, I want to say I doubled with Joe, sorry Joe, but also I spent all day yesterday in Las Vegas because I binge on things on TV, I binge on food and since it was so hot I was watching the fight on Netflix and I used to love Muhammad Ali. I don't like the new fights. You know this Jake guy makes these fake fights but this was a really good fight. There was like three previews and then the main person, the main fight and I spent all afternoon watching the fight on Netflix. So anyway, it was in Las Vegas in this big old auditorium. So anyway other than that I am going to take the dog out for a walk because it is going to be too hot. So we didn't go yesterday. Oh because I went and got my COVID. I got a flu shot and a COVID shot at Kaiser and Brie's yesterday because it is that time of year. I got the new one, the new COVID thing and so by the time I got home to the store it was too hot to take the dog for a walk. So I may disappear a little bit early and go take a shower so I can get the dog out for a walk before it gets really hot. So anyway have a good day and I will give it back to you. KG6, Debbie Kales."

      "text": " Yeah, I know, like I said, I asked about broken bones a couple of years ago on a net and I was hesitant to ask that and I didn't have anything else and it wound up being a very popular question so I thought I would just enhance it and throw in injuries as well. So there you go and yeah, I have a long, long, long list. I'll go through my most serious ones here real quick. I'm going to call Joe if he's off the phone yet. Around 2000 I was the second car in a rear-ender but there was a van that hit my trailer hitch on my truck which the trailer hitch is connected directly to the frame which goes right up to the, so that impact goes right into you. And then in 2002 I was in a head-on collision. Somebody crossed the line, hit me when I was in my truck which is why I will drive a big truck to this day. I'll just drive less if I have it. I only get 13 miles of a gallon but it's worth it because I would have died if I was in a small car on that one. And of course my bicycle crashed in 2020. I crushed three vertebrae, I had a severe concussion and broke my front teeth out. We're still moving and that's what counts and that's just the highlights.
