"text": " Well good morning Bill, WS7VAS, KI7RMU, Jack here. Well indeed Bill you are correct. I would like to extend a huge thank you WS7VAS bottle Bill. After nearly 15 years of hosting the PSRG 9 a.m. net every Tuesday and Thursday, our good friend Bill is going to be letting go of the mic, pushing back the chair and headed to the kitchen for a well-earned coffee refill. So join us on the air today at 9 o'clock. The 9 o'clock net is already in motion and this Thursday October 2nd for Bill's final PSRG net. Let's fill the log and give Bill a hearty thank you for his years of service, his steady voice and his dedication to this hobby, this net and the entire PSRG community. Bill from all of us, 73 may your coffee cup always stay full and may you make every contact you're trying for. Hey thanks a lot Bill and back to you and yeah I know we'll be hearing you soon. KI7RMU."

My wife and I are in an overnight drive between South Carolina and Pennsylvania, so just trying to dodge traffic for a little bit. This is KI4ZS."

"text": " OK, Gary, well, thanks a lot for the check-in this morning. Always good to hear from you. We need all the people from overseas checking in if we can get them. We used to have quite a bit more, but it seemed like here in the last few years that we've kind of dropped off. This is a worldwide friendship net, so it's always good to hear from you. So thanks a lot for the check-in. You have a great day, and we hope we'll talk to you down the log. All righty, I'm at the bottom of the list. I'm going to take one more round here, because I've got to get busy. We're having a tailgate party tonight at our old clubhouse. Going to say goodbye to it, because we had to move. And so I've got some stuff in my cooker out there that I need to get on and get ready for this evening. So with that, the mic is yours. Go ahead."

"text": " Yeah, I think the point that was being pointed out was that when they landed the spacecraft, they had an arm that went out that had a camera attached to it, you know, so they could film him coming down. So it wasn't that they landed something else close to the lander. The lander had an arm that had a camera and they put the camera out there so they could film the astronaut coming down the stairs for the first time, the first person on the moon. And at least that's when I got out of it. And just like, you know, they had to, I can't remember, I think it was Apollo 11 when they had the problem, they had to take, they got everything that was on the ship. They had to come up with a filtration system or something like that. I mean, any time they, you know, do something for the first time, they try to have some kind of a mockup so they can work through situations, work through problems, try to figure out how to do one thing or another. And that the energy, and I say it's after seeing the mockup, decided to use that as a thing to say that it never happened, but yeah, it's got to probably be a controversy until somebody finally goes up there and sees the footprints and says, oh yeah, I guess they were up here, or not sees the footprints and say, yeah, it didn't happen. But we got pictures of the lander up there or, you know, some of the leftover equipment, so we'll have to wait. Boys, someone that can see Equilink right now, is Michigan still connected? If they are, I'm going to back on out of here because we've got 10 minutes before their net starts. So I'm just going to say 7-3 to everybody. Is Michigan still connected or do I have to fire up the mechanism to connect that? This is Repeater Station Q. KJ5, I argue. Yeah, Michigan still looks to be on the list, buddy. It does. And I'm going to join you. I'm going to say 7-3 to you, too. Listen on out. Thanks, Josh. All right, everybody have a great day. 7-3 from here on the rock. If anybody wants to say their 7-3s, pass it around. B-O-1-U-K-Z."

"text": " Yeah, I like the net as far as being able to talk about everything we want. I used to listen to Art Bell. I think he passed away here a few years ago. But people would call up and say, you know, they'd been abducted by aliens and he never questioned what they were talking about. That I remember. They could talk about anything they wanted and say anything they wanted and he would just let them tell their story and it's too bad that this net can't be that way. People can talk about stuff and they aren't challenged about it. My 93 year old cousin that I go to have coffee with every week, he's a Trump man, and I just let him talk about this, that, about what he thinks about Trump. And I never challenged him, you know, about the tariffs or anything like that. I don't know. He's quite religious too. He thinks when he goes to heaven that he's going to be walking along with Jesus. And, you know, I don't know. I have a feeling maybe I better get, he better get in line. Anyway, yeah, I enjoyed the net. I just don't enjoy the fighting. I didn't even hear what was going on about it, but yeah, if I think there's something like that happens, the controller could just turn them off. So that would make me feel good. KV7 DVW, oh, this wasn't a while, I think. Well, it's not a net, but okay. Have a good one."
