"text": "Yeah, no worries, I never checked out. I was telling Bill 73 in the group message, no big deal though, no worries, things happen. Funny, I was just going to let it go, but you started talking about home ownership and the use of today and funny, I just got done watching two or three very good explanations The difference between home ownership around 1980, no, it was 1992 was the year that they used. No, 1991, I'm sorry, 1991 was the year that they used as their base compared to today. So 1991 compared to today. The median age of home, first time, the median age of first time home ownership changed From 1991, that being around the median age of 24, I believe it was, in 2025, the median age of first-time home ownership is 42. I believe they said 40 or 42. I'm 45, folks. I've owned one house in my life, no, two houses, I should say two houses, one I inherited. I've owned two houses in my lifetime. I'm currently looking to buy our final forever home. So I'm keeping a really big eye on this, just like they talked about 50-year mortgage rates, which I believe they're never going to do by the way, that would just be stupid. So anyhow, I just wanted to bring that little factoid up that it seems like the age, the median age of home ownership has completely eclipsed an entire generation going from the age of 20 to the age of 40, roughly. You know, that's crazy, isn't it, if you sit there and think about it. And I realize, and I'm sorry, Kevin, I should pay better attention. Saturdays I try to get up and do a lot of these little house tours in the morning. I did not answer your questions of the day, so I apologize. I do not eat liver, ever. I was forced to eat it as a kid, liver and onions, I absolutely hate it. I fish rip it and that's about it. However, I have a strong affection for some good chicken fried gizzards. I will eat my late and your late put together with chicken gizzards. And the best way I've ever heard of it was just on this night today. It's a chewy chicken nugget. I've never heard it put that way, but that's absolutely the truth. Okay, well with that, thanks for letting me jump back in here and I say 73's to you all. Have a great Saturday and we'll catch you on Monday when Gray hosts the Monday edition of the Calabunga Net KJ5 IRQ, I don't even know my own call phone today, sending it to VA3KKY. 73, y'all. I will save this question for next week, no worries. And make sure you're here and thanks a lot for everyone for being present today. you that make the nets if not I'd be in here talking to myself let's do it again tomorrow well let's talk to the group tomorrow and I'll be in the aisles throwing rock throwing rocks at the stage and nothing will happen to me because it's an unofficial day 7-3 y'all take care VA3KKY"

"text": " Okay, Rosie, well, I appreciate your check-in this morning and I hope you get all those poppies passed out there. And I don't know, I just haven't got, I was at the Legion here, what I belong to, not too long ago for the first time in a long time, everybody said, where have you been? Lots of people, I had no idea who they were in there, I used to know a lot of them, but I don't get out a whole lot to travel around except for meetings and stuff, so I don't know. I got too many other things to do around here, it seems like. Anyway, you have a great day and tell Glenn we said hello and we'll talk to you later. Okay, up next I got KP7JOE and I think that guy's name was Joe or Jack or Jim or something, I don't know, Joe I guess. Go ahead."

"text": " All right, Missy, 330, wow, that's pretty good. You might check it again in the next hour and you might find it pops up another hundred there. When somebody spots it, it will generate that to other people too. Keep checking it. We are hoping for you. I listened to a couple of your songs and they were pretty nice. All right, let's move on to Nevada, not too far from Missy. Say hello to K-T-7-J-O-E. Joe, how are you doing out there in Nevada? Go ahead."

"text": " Alrighty, Eric, and thanks for the update. I was going to send a message to either you or to Becky on Facebook because I didn't even know you had surgery until I looked at Facebook this morning. Hence the reason why that's how you're doing, obviously. But she did post that you were doing well, that you're out of surgery, everything went well. I had two surgeries, but I had them very early in life. I had two hernias, I should say. Had a lot of surgeries, but two hernias. One was done one way and the second one ... One was done, I think I was about six, maybe nine years old. I think I was nine years old when I had the first one done. And then I got a hernia, compliments of the US Army. When I came back from basic training before I went to my first station, I was 19. And had my other side done. And that was done with the mesh or whatever that they had all sort of recalls on, but thank goodness I've had no problems. But yeah, as you get older, any surgery becomes ... And actually most ailments are not what they were when you were younger. So yeah, glad that you're doing okay. Glad surgery went well. Good to have you on here. Good to hear you. Oh, look at that. We're going to have a thunderstorm. Thunder and lightning right now. That was unexpected. I did not see any warnings for that. So I guess it's going to rain here in Vegas. But Eric, take care my friends. Recover well. And I hope to hear you on the radio more. KI7BR from KP7JOE. Good morning there, Barbara. And what is the most dangerous thing that you've ever done? Over to you there, Barbara. Again, good morning."
