So if you're on the multi-use trail on the side of the 5.8 bridge, keep an eye out for a horn and a woolworth. That's bizarre, I had to report that. 7.3's off, KK-7JUM, you want to back to next? Uh, with an I-O, well thank you for stopping by this morning. And, uh, let's go back up to, uh, Burt there, uh, KG7 JU-M. How's the commute there, Burt? Jim, the commute is much cooler than yesterday. Uh, correction on the call sign, uh, it's Kilo Kilo 7, uh, Juliet Uniform Mike. That's a double Kilo before the number. Uh, yeah, didn't get my, uh, him operator license until, uh, after COVID, until he started doing, uh, in-person, uh, uh, testing. Hey, uh, yeah, there's, there's nobody in a bucket truck out here on the, uh, multi-use path along the 520 Trail. Like yesterday morning, there was a Woolworth bucket truck, followed by, uh, a Ford F-250. Um, but, uh, now everybody's out. Uh, the air quality, um, I would, I don't have numbers for you, but, uh, I can definitely tell that there's some, uh, haze from that, uh, fire in the Olympic Peninsula. I heard something earlier as I was going out the door about the high wind warnings in eastern Washington. But since I could not get the, uh, Kibara, uh, uh, net at the 7 o'clock, uh, regional international net to come up on the, uh, Bear's Repeater, uh, here in, in, uh, Seattle, I didn't get any of that information. I guess, uh, guess I'll listen to the rest of the net to see what's going on with the Bear's Repeater, if anybody knows anything about that. And, uh, how our friends in eastern Washington are gonna deal with this, uh, high wind alert. Uh, I hope, uh, I hope everything stays, uh, dry and not on fire. Wind is not, uh, what we need. We need rain, which we're gonna get on Friday. Looking forward to the rain. Uh, looking for the rest of the net. Thanks for taking it over on Wednesday. And, uh, I'm not gonna ask you for a Buckyball report, so I'm handing it back to the head. Kilo Kilo, 7 Juliet Uniform Mike. Okay there, Bert. Well, thank you. Yeah, well, I, I actually got something written down here right the first time, but I added a, like, trying to type, uh, rapidly here. And, uh, my typing skills have just gone totally south on me. I got an extra J in there before. I got a KJJ7KUM. Well, nobody knew who that was. Anyway, as far as, uh, the Bears, the Bears are back online. Uh, I was, I was on the, uh, Kabara Net this morning, because that's in my own backyard here, uh, at the lake. And, um, the, uh, they were having, they were doing some work on me yesterday, I know. And it was a possibility that it would be down all day yesterday and part of today. But, uh, it, uh, popped back up about 7.30, I guess. And, uh, some of the people were reporting that the Bears are back on. So, uh, we got some check-ins from, from the west side there. As far as the wind warning goes, yeah, it's supposed to be pretty bad this afternoon, the 30, 40 mile an hour wind, wind gusts. So, uh, we don't need that in the fire stuff over here. We don't have any fires really close here, but, uh, it's, uh, it's always scary when they start. So, uh, anyway, thanks there, Bert. You have a good day at work there. And, uh, let's go see what Daryl's up to on the rock there. V01, UK's up. Uh, good morning, Daryl. Hello, and very good morning to you and everybody on the PSRG repeater group this morning, and around the world for that matter. I hope everybody's doing well. Uh, we're doing okay up here. We've got, uh, some wildfires of our own. Uh, quite a very large one, actually. Uh, that's headed directly toward the capital here. Uh, St. John's, of course, is the capital of Newfoundland. And, uh, we've got a, a massive wildfire that's been burning for a couple of days now. Uh, sections of the area last night were under mandatory evacuation order as a result. And, uh, we're really hoping they get it calmed down because it is just hot and dry. Well, hot by Newfoundland standards. We got about 85 degrees, uh, Fahrenheit here today. And, uh, it's not fun. Uh, we're not, uh, geared, uh, for these kind of temperatures up here. I mean, we can take 20 below, 30 below zero every day. I know people that love those temperatures. But when it gets this warm, you know, when you're reading your computer and your eyelids are wet, there's no need of it. Uh, I guess the, with the humidity is probably taking it up closer to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. So, definitely do warm, pretty, uh, cold-blooded Newfoundland. Or hot-blooded Newfoundlanders. I don't know. We stay warm in winter. Uh, we don't really like, uh, hot summer temperatures too much up this way. But we take it as it comes. But, yeah, this is the first year in recent memory that we've had wildfires burning so close to the capital here. So, we're dealing with that. They've got six water bombers and I think close on 200 firefighters that are fighting this, uh, this large wildfire. And then we've got three more, uh, that are burning here on the island. None of which are close to the city. One is about an hour outside the city, but it's just the one that's just up on the highway, uh, looming closer and closer that, uh, we are worried about for sure. So, we'll take it as it comes. We'll see where it goes. And, uh, I'll just wish everybody a great day, uh, here on the net. 7-3 from here on the rocket. This is E-01, U-K-Z. Well, thank you, little girl. That, uh, that's interesting. Yeah, I know you, the last couple of times that you were, that I heard you on here, you were mentioning the fire there. So, I knew you had a big one going. I didn't realize it was so close to the capital, though. That's always scary when it's close to a, to a major city. So, uh, anyway, good luck there. And, uh, I know you guys don't like the hot weather. Well, I don't like it here either, but we had, we had a high of 91 here yesterday at the lake. And, uh, so it was even hotter than that in downtown Spokane on the Blacktop and everything. So, uh, it's still, uh, still pretty doggone warm over here on this side of the, of the hill. We called this side of the hill when we talked about the Cascade Mountains between western Washington and eastern Washington. So, that's our local slang. So, thank you, girl. You have a good one. All right, we had an I-O from Mike there. So, this is Jim, K-7 PD's there, sitting in for Dave this morning. Uh, uh, the second round, I said, would be all internet. So, uh, uh, let's see who's out there on the, uh, internet stations only. Uh, I'll sign a name, please. November 3, Oscar Mike Oscar. November 3, Oscar Mike Oscar. Elaine in Florida. And the lake is not as smooth as it's been in the past. There's a bit of a ripple, but they're still out there. Let's see, definitely overcast. I can just barely make out that there's one row of foothills to the Cascades when I'm looking here to the east. To the west, the Olympics are not in view. I don't even think, oh yeah, I can see it. Okay, I was going to say Newcastle isn't even in view, but Newcastle, I can see Newcastle. Yeah, nice day. I'm really thinking about the fact that I've winded down to about a year left working at my job. Might be sooner, I don't know. Just thinking that I'm going to miss this commute. I guess I can still go all the way over to Marymoor Park and back again in the morning for just absolutely no reason at all except for to be on the net. So maybe I'll do that. Sorry to hear about the ear. I had a bout of that, what was it, how many Thanksgivings ago, but I tell you what, having your ear, having problems with your ear is no fun, and especially if you're on a ladder changing a light bulb and you can't hear anything for one ear and it just balances out of whack. I hope you find somebody to take and help with that. What I found though is that for a while there, one of my tubes behind the ear was kind of plugged up. What I found is that going through the mountain pass actually gave me some relief, or, well, you've got something in there clogging it. I guess I had something behind the ear drum. But anyways, just sharing the fact that it's uncomfortable. I feel sorry for you. Hope you find a solution. So hey Dave, I'm going to hand it back to the net.
