"text": " Going once, going twice, all I need is a call sign and name if there's any new check-ins, of course you're welcome. Any rechecks, comments, or anything for the good of the net. Call sign and name, please come down. Kilo Kilo 7 Alpha India X-Ray, Christian. Hey, good morning Christian. Kilo Kilo 7 Alpha India X-Ray. How are you doing today? Hey, good morning PSRG net. This is Christian. Hey, am I getting any multi-pass or do I sound okay? Okay, so you do sound good. You're definitely very legible. I can understand everything you're saying. There is a bit of a hum that is on your signal, but it's almost barely noticeable. It's certainly there, but not interfering with legibility at all. So I'm not sure if that counts as multi-pass, but it seems like almost, what's the, yeah it's negligible, but it's almost like you have a handheld that's connected to a wall outlet. But I'm not sure that that's the case. Back to you. KK7 AIX. Alright, thanks. This is Christian. KK7 Alpha India X-Ray. Hey, I'm working on my truck today, hooking up a Yacu FTM400, and I had a tech question. Is that okay to ask on the net this morning? Absolutely. Questions like that, this is a great place for help and advice. I very strongly encourage folks to chime in and ask for help. Lots of friendly Elmers here, yeah definitely. Back to you. KK7 Alpha India X-Ray. Alright, thank you. Okay, I'll try to be quick. So, a Yacu FTM400 hooking up a Comet SBB1 antenna, it's hood mount, and the ARRL website for radiation exposure is recommending I have at least 3.6 feet away from myself. Obviously I'm sitting behind a windshield, but is this going to be safe for me and the family to be riding around and utilizing this antenna? Transmitting on 2 meters and 50 watts. Okay, well let me, I'm certainly going to open it up for other folks to comment, but I have definitely been in conversations about this."
