"text": "Alright John, go ahead please. KJ7PLM. It's been so long since I've heard you, like 12 hours or so. How are you doing? That's still a lifetime or so. I'm doing well. I've been trying to be more regular on the net since the past few years. Since my youngest, well actually probably since Ezra, my second youngest, my eldest. Yeah, since my youngest was born. Oh my God, I'm losing it. Since my youngest was born, I think it's been a little chaotic dealing with two kids. In fact, just as I was sitting here trying to call into the net, they were having a tantrum and fighting each other out, just outside my door, around the corner from where I am right now. So it always adds some chaos. But I'm finally starting to get back involved again. I've gotten more involved again with my local ACS, Shoreline ACS group as well. So yeah, just trying to get on the radio more. And maybe now I'll finally buckle down, study for my general license. I know I've been saying that for probably five years now. And actually get the general license and then get an HF radio because I know there's a lot of fun to be had out there as well. But I'm enjoying the surprise fun today. I was expecting it to rain. And it's not, which is great. So we've been kind of, our whole family has been kind of stuck inside sick for most of the weekend. In parts of last week, it's been kind of crazy. My kids have strep now. So maybe we'll actually go outside to the backyard and get some vitamin D, some much needed vitamin D while it's still here. That's about all I got. This is KiloJuliet7, Poppily and Mike, handing it back to Matt."

"text": " OK, sorry to be contributing to a big pile up on the check in there. I just happen to be in a great spot for checking in, RF wise. But anyway, looks like I'm doing OK here on the Vodascope. Right now I'm driving from Everett down to Seattle and the road conditions are good. Everything's dry, a few clouds here and there, but it looks like mostly sun, so I'm not complaining about the weather. And yes, it is supposed to start raining, I guess, tomorrow, maybe later today, but I don't see any imminent. But yeah, it will be turning a little wetter. So I'm still working on my perpetual organizing my apartment and clearing up boxes and so forth. That will never end, so I'm going to stop talking about it for one more month. I'm going to mention that once a month and that's it, until the day that I actually get everything all straightened out and which day I will celebrate and buy a round of soft drinks for everybody in the group. I guess that's all I've got. I've got a big day planned. I'm going to call it the customer's late afternoon. And things are finally coming back a little bit with the work from China. I've had several projects that customers were just not doing anything about for the last six months because I think of uncertainties with tariffs and everything else. But some of those projects seem to be coming back to life, and I hope that some of them will come to actually winning the projects and some work. So anyway, I've got a busy day and I'll turn it back to Nat, the KI-7 ZEI."

"text": " Excuse me, had to clear the throat there. Alright, November 1st is turn your clocks back. Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that. I really don't like doing that. That's the way it is. And then of course by the time we get to March, March 8th will be the spring forward time. So there you go. Also we did see the comet last night. It was kind of cool. Low on the western horizon right after sunset. Fairly low. I mean it was up high enough you could see it. So that was kind of cool. And also today is National Medical Assistance Recognition Day, Tavern Style Pizza Day, Make a Dog's Day, Nut Day, and Color Day. So there you go. That's the news from the high desert this morning. So I'm listening for more radio check-ins. Name and call sign please. This is Kilo Delta 7. Papa Whiskey Bravo Dave, the High Desert Pirate Radio listening for you. Come ahead. Whiskey Alpha 7 Alpha Delta Michael. Kilo Delta 7, this is Detective D.I. Matt."

"text": " 14 miles per hour on Interstate 10. They say there's an accident up ahead somewhere, allegedly. It's kind of funny, the left lane, there's been signs saying that the left lane's closing. But I still see people from the middle lane jumping over there. So that's why, kids, traffic is always backed up. There goes another metal-aner. Oh, lordy, I bite my tongue very hard. Anyways, zero MPGs. Woohoo, look at me, parked on the interstate. Here is a telephone pole that, or sorry, not a telephone pole, but a cellular pole, dressed up as a palm tree. If I didn't just get my view blocked by the JV Hunt truck, I would have taken a picture. But yeah, that's a new twist on those. I like the ones that we have up front. So if I was a super trucker, I could be home at 709 a.m., but I am not said super trucker anymore. The days of driving 650 miles is behind me, I think. And yesterday, planting all that dust, moving everything around, kind of took a toll on the body today. So I'm shooting for 200 miles. But like I said, the quicker you get out of California, the better off you are. No offense, Kenna, love you. But yeah, Northern California is a great place. I wouldn't mind being up there. But anyways, I'll be cruising and lurking here. I'll have to change my battery out here soon. N7, WAA."
