"text": "Well, good morning, everybody. Good morning, Joe. And let's see what we've got here. A lot of overhead clouds, but that's 25 degrees here. We still haven't had snow yet. No snow. And you have snow over there? Oh my gosh. So let's see, is this thing still working? OK. So friends and family and kids, mostly my friends, friends, family come over and they do all the turkey thing and all that they do it they do it right and and there's orange stuff all over the place and anyway so that's pretty cool and then tonight I'll be done jamming with my buddies so that's always good with it with my situation and there for a while there I I couldn't go back with my buddies, but they are here. So anyway. And Joe, I always like your stuff you were into, and the Vegas stuff, and some really, really interesting things happen in Vegas. And we talk about it here. Anyway, that's it. Semtree. Everybody back to that N0HC. Thanks."

"text": " Another amazing thing, one of the reasons I love checking into this net is the connection with people. And when I moved down here a little over 3 years ago, you know, I didn't, you know, of course you don't have any friends when you move to a new area, but the connection with everyone in the Northwest via this here repeater has been so vital and I appreciate all of you for that. But on that note, you know, I used technology over the weekend in a way that hasn't been used for, for me anyway. My buddy Jeff who lives in Bothell, I've been friends with him for almost 25 years and we love to play music together. He found a program called, what's it called, Far, it wasn't Far Away, now I can't remember it. It's Far Something that allows a couple of musicians to jam over the internet as if they were in the same room. And after dinking around for hours with a different program before, we finally got it going. And the connection that I have with my buddy Jeff to be able to get on the computer and play along and play in real time, we played for hours yesterday. Just playing, playing, playing, just rock and roll playing all kinds of songs and that kind of stuff. So technology man, where it is? Today it's 86 right now by the way going up to about 92. Today it's going to be pickleball weather perhaps, but I'm going to do that tomorrow when it's only going to be 99. And we'll get that going. Sorry to hog so much of the net with my weird and exciting news. So anyway, Bill thank you. Good to hear you. NR70. Yes, the connections on the steps are valuable. They change over the years which is kind of interesting. The net regulars even change. But there's, let's see, Dave of course has been checking in on the control host for a long time and due, likewise. And let's see, I think that's about it this morning. Everybody else is fairly recent with one exception. That's Yuri. KJ7ORV. Good morning Yuri."
