"text": " This is Kilo Juliet 5 Lima Azul Romeo. I'm feeling alright today. So I started off my week not feeling so hot and had a little bit of allergies and some drainage. So I ended up taking a Sunday night off. I'm a truck driver. I drive from Houston, Texas to, well San Antonio to Houston, Texas and back. Round trip five nights a week pulling a set of doubles for a food company. But one thing is I got to actually listen to the International Space Station as it flew over Sunday night. And I've been trying to do that since I became a ham. I became a ham back in July. And I just used a little power thing radio and had to explain to my friends and my wife that I couldn't contact them with that radio, didn't have enough power, but I could listen. So I shared the video on the book and everyone was pretty interested in it. And maybe sparked some interest in people getting into the ham radio because they seemed pretty enamored with it and pretty impressed. So that's pretty much all I got going on today. Other than that it's been 79 degrees right now. I'm traveling back from Houston. I mean from Houston to San Antonio right now. I just got back on the road. And I hope you guys have a great day. This is Kilo Zulu 5, Vima Zulu Romeo. Back to you next."

"text": " Well hey there Paul, just letting the repeater do its thing there. I'm doing great. 7-3 thanks for running the net. I am a bit late. I couldn't pull myself away from the Mariners game. It was a really good game. Unfortunately the Padres won, but that's okay. It was just a really good baseball game. Some really good pitching. It's just going to be really fun. Last month of baseball here I'm excited. And Brian, I just wanted to give you a high five over RF for being an awesome friend. Way to go. Tonight my family got to experience the old classic breakfast for dinner. That was really about all we had going on tonight. I got off work and my wife told me that that's what she wanted and the girls wanted French toast. So I made French toast and hash browns and we had some bacon in the freezer and used all the rest of our eggs. I just pulled it off and it was so good. Despite it being a really warm evening, it just somehow hit the spot. We had not done that in a really long time. It was very good. Anyway, that's about all that's going on over here. Just listening to the last of the net. Hope everyone is really well out there. KK72X back to you. All-star node 6222. Located in Shelton, Washington. Alright. Sorry to hear the Mariners lost, but glad you're enjoying watching the games. Definitely sometimes can be fun no matter if your team loses or not. You know, you mentioned that we have not done breakfast for dinner in too long. And now I bet that's probably going to happen sometime in the next couple of weeks. Sounds like you went all out with it. Although I'm imagining maybe you had some frozen hash browns or something like that. Now that I'm thinking about it, hey, if you're making them fresh, all the better. But you know, you can get some good frozen ones too. And yeah, that sounds wonderful. And a good way to use up some extra eggs maybe, which I have somehow accumulated. So yeah, either that or start practicing my omelettes again. So yeah, 73D Justin, you have a great night. Alright, next we're going to go to KJ5LZR, Chris in San Antonio. Please come ahead."

"text": " All those canal boats are pretty interesting. If I were, I don't know if I'm going to make it to Great Britain, but one of the reasons I would go would be because of the canal boats. I mean the canal system was replaced by the railroads and it was kind of abandoned and forgotten, but there have been in the recent decades the canal system in a lot of places has been revived because it's historical and it's a tourist thing too. Very long but very skinny boats and traditionally you can just pull the boat to the curb so to speak, pull the shore to the alongside the canal if there's room for passage and just stop there and just like camping, like free camping, but of course you have to have a canal boat. It's something, a tradition that they're jealously guarding, the tradition of being able to just park and tie up and just hang out as long as you want wherever. Anyway, a concept that would be foreign to the US I guess. Anyway, so thank you very much Jeff and yeah I ran the air conditioning a little bit today, but it's off now and I was fine. I just decided to cool it off a little bit in the mid-afternoon here, but it's generally been pretty fairly cool. All right, moving right along. Next we had an I.O. from Rob, Victor Echo 5, Alpha Alpha Sierra in Saskatoon and it brings us to Chris in San Antonio, Texas, K9 or KJ, sorry, start over, KJ5LZR. Chris, please give us a report. This is Joan KX2CW asking for you."
