"text": "Yes, it would. I love the way that you guys take these things apart though. That's very interesting, telling me how you think, and yeah, I mean, there are so few numbers that are three letters or more or less. In fact, I don't think there's a number with two letters, so we'll see, but you took it apart and that was the right way to play that game. It really is. All right. I'm going to do another call for check-in, see if anybody else wants to get on, and then We're going to solve the problems of the world, all of them, in this one morning. In this scant 53 minutes we have left, although we can go over if we need to. Okay. If you'd like to get on the Calabonganet, the Monday morning edition, the Monday, November 17th edition of the Calabonganet, we are kicking butt and taking names. It's good times being had by all the hijinks are very high, and it's about to get close up. So come now with your call sign. This is KC2PKG."

"text": "Well, I don't think you have to be one way or the other, so I'll clarify that. I think a lot of people share different interpretations and beliefs and just being a Democrat or just being a Republican doesn't really mean much. That's why I usually want to find out how somebody feels about a particular thing. What do you think about what's going on with immigration? What do you think about universal health care? Is that a good idea? Is it just automatically a bad idea? And there are a lot of knee-jerk reactions to that kind of thing. You know, a lot of socialists, well, we have so much socialism, arguable socialism in this country now. I mean, and that really comes down to sharing. You know, it really comes down to sharing the socialism, then we're pretty socialistic over here. I'm telling you, we share water systems, highways, The Army, the Navy, police forces, fire departments, we share the burden of those things. And is that socialism? Maybe, maybe it is. So I don't think that everybody on the Republican side believes one thing, I do not. I know that they don't. They grumble and they get along and they wanna have the juice to make things happen. And so they smile, they eat a lot of crow to do that. And same thing with Democrats, you know? They have to go along to get along. So they do that. But I think the choosing, it's very arbitrary whether you're a Republican or a Democrat. I've been both. So there, did I answer your question? This is KC2PKG, back to you. KJ5IR."

"text": " KJ5IRQ, this is KC2PKG, Portland. Blow up costumes. They are working hard at not letting scenes of violence and stuff like that take over. And I can't imagine, you know, somebody's live streaming you, you're in a protest and they're live streaming you. Is that offensive? Maybe it is. Maybe it is. Anyway, I missed a lot of what was going on on the net because I just discovered that this new pump and it comes with tubing and connections and stuff like that. It's like miniature plumbing is what it is, but it's a different size. It's smaller. And so it's really got me wondering about this now. So I have, you know, I have a kit now with two different sizes of miniature plumbing. And I'm trying to figure out, you know, what's the right way to put this whole thing together. So that's what I got. I got lost in that and I got totally distracted as to what's going on. But anyway, guys, it's always privilege and pleasure. I like to hear what they think. And you know, even if you were watching it live, you're still in the scene. Guess what you want to see? So that, I don't know, is that fair and balanced? It certainly tells us what you think. That's a good thing. I want you to do that. So with that, 73 to all you guys. I think it's a town day today. We may be going in for lunch and now we're going to go pick up groceries, at least I am. And then we'll move on. Oh, what are the good piece of news? I told you that we went down to our Portland to see Pink Martini in concert. We got to the concert hall and we didn't have tickets because they never sent them to us. And although we spent the rest of the evening on the phone with StubHub, they didn't really give us a good answer, but they just refunded all our money. So it's a little better than a disaster. Catch you later, guys. I'll hear you out here tomorrow. This is KC2PKG. Back to you, Josh. KJ5IR. Bye."

"text": " All right Russell, KB9MSK, this is KC2PKG and I don't want to beat this into the ground but there is something you can do it do something about your niece and that's a judge. If she's breaking stuff you can have her arrested. I'd be concerned if she gets physical like that that somebody's going to get hurt and then you could definitely have her arrested but the judge is just going to say after hearing your testimony and other people get she has a choice you can go for evaluation or you can go to jail. So that that is one way bringing it to head depends how serious you think it is you think it's going to go away do you think it's going to get better this is just a bad time for her because it doesn't sound like you do but you know the situation much better than I do. Oh yeah I'm just looking at the hurricanes that are coming along here and the first three hurricanes in this season have all turned into major hurricanes and Humberto is now a category four but it's way out in the ocean and what's going to be called Imelda doesn't look like it's going to make landfall it's going to make it hard on everybody living near the shore there'll be lots of rain and it was interesting reading about Florida has changed regulations for rebuilding buildings after hurricanes and stuff like that they've got to meet the new code you can't just slap them back together again they have to be changed and they're hoping that they get changed to be more hurricane proof but the season is really starting up here come the hurricanes we'll see what happens here anyway back to you KB 9 and SK this is KC 2."

"text": " KB9-NSK, this is KC2-PKG. Couple of warnings here. There is an espresso called the Virtuo Pop Plus, which is one of their newest things, it's smaller. It uses the big pods, and that's a pretty good machine, looks like to me, and it's cheap. It's much cheaper than the ones I bought. But you will quickly discover that it's more than a dollar a cup. If you think of like a 12 ounce cup or something like that, well, it's more than a dollar a cup, no matter what size you do. So you really pay for the quality. But it's like driving a Mercedes, don't do it unless you wanna end up with one. Don't taste that coffee. What else? You know, sports, we were talking about sports a little bit. I was almost drafted into, actually wait, different, stay on coffee for a second. My son went to business school to get his master's in Spain. And that's a long story by itself. But he worked on a project for Nespresso. And Nespresso was looking to break into the American market. Did we drink a lot of coffee? And they want that. They want some of that money. But they were trying to come up with a device that cooked the coffee or made the coffee in a way that Americans would appreciate it. And the first thing was, Europeans drink little tiny cups of coffee. That's what they sell the most of, little espressos. That's what they do. Americans drink 12 to 16 ounces of coffee. And that's where this Virtuo machine came from. And he worked on the project that identified all the things the machine had to do. And then they went through and had user groups look at them. Do you like this? Do you not like that kind of thing? It's kind of a fun project he worked on in school. And he did, he got his international master's. And then went right down the drain. I was looking at what FBX wrote about paper never getting them a job. And I thought about it for a while. And the way they, you send in your resume and a computer goes through it. And used to be doing research. They go through and they look for all the key words that they want. And that's how they developed their final list. So if you're a manager and you say, I need a person who does this, this and this. They go through and they send you back 40 resumes. They have all the right keywords. And it may have no idea what the person's like. So when I got into the corporate world, it was with Chubb Insurance. And my brother-in-law got me in. He had a friend who was vice president of Chubb Insurance. And he called him up and he said, I got a brother-in-law who needs a job. I was selling liquor at the time. Well, not a liquor salesman. I was the bookkeeper for a liquor distributor. And man, that's a terrible job. If you ever want to see a grown man cry, hand him a check for a month's work."

"text": " There we go. I wasn't keying up for some reason. Let me unkey here for a second. OK. I don't know what happened. I keyed up twice and it didn't come up. And Gray. Oh, good morning, Gray. Good morning, Gerald. Good morning to everybody participating in the cowabunga net on the two drop in. Gerald, you reminded me about hurricane airing when you were talking about the fires up by you. And I had to go check to make sure it was still going to do what it was forecasted. And so far, so good. Hope it makes that turn up north and back out to the Atlantic. It was 145 miles an hour. It dropped to 130. This one, there's a lot of warm water underneath it for great development. So it's probably going to be 160 mile an hour, maybe plus storm. So it's good that it stays out in the ocean there. There's something else coming up behind it, a disturbance. But if it follows the same path as air in the water, it's all mixed up. So some cooler water has been dredged up. So maybe it won't be as powerful as air is turning out to be. In theory, we'll see what happens. Sorry that you have your disasters. I got mine right now going on here, or potential disasters, so to speak. Yeah, Saturday, no karaoke but steak. I had steak night. And there was some for yesterday. And there's still some baked potato and steak for lunch today. I'm going to make some broccoli. I got a fresh stalk of broccoli I'm going to make with it for lunch today. Let's see, over the week, it's still early yet. Going to be glued to what's going on with the economy and things that affect it. I'm holding three stocks. It's unknown until after the market opens. And it gets a little later today whether I'm going to add to that. If I add to that, that would be good. We keep thinking it's over, but it keeps going higher. AA-4-H0 run, near month flood. That's gray and net control."
