And so I said, well, they are in Tennessee, so maybe it's going to be an hour difference there. That was 10 minutes ago, so I guess they're not going to do that. I got another conference call at 10, but once they get out of that call, they call me at 10. I can't take two conferences at once. I guess I could, but why would you, right? So Gray left me a message on Do Drop In, and he was agreeing about something I had said, but he also said that he takes exception to the 50-50 characterization, or characteristic, of the election itself. He said the election was about 50-50, but things have changed. Well, I agree with you, Gray. 100 percent, things have changed. And when the election happened, it wasn't 50-50. I researched this. It was about 33 percent didn't bother voting at all, and 33 percent of Democrats voted, and 33 percent of Republicans voted, right? Overall, so it's 33-33-33. There was only a few points difference between the Democrats and the Republicans. They were like at 35-36 on the Republican side, and the Democrat side was roughly 32-33, something like that. I have to look it up again, to be honest with you. So it wasn't a whole nation picking our president. It was only 66 percent. Now that 63-66 percent, it was roughly 30 percent on each side, 33-1-2 percent on each side, but just a small margin where he won. So, anyhow, I just want to get that out there. I think that's important. I really do. 30 percent, 33 percent of our country didn't even bother to vote. I've been going at it pretty good. They're pretty strong and helping to keep the nets going as best I can here. Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you all here. So really don't have a lot to add. I just wanted to stop in real quick and wave out and get on with the rest of my day, whatever it's going to be. So really not a whole lot here. Randy, you ought to keep coming back, man. Don't be afraid of that, Mike. It's not going to bite you. You're supposed to key it up. Hit that press to talk switch. It won't zap. I promise you, it's not full of voltage. At any rate, looks like it's going to be a fairly cloudy day, I think. I haven't stepped out yet. I just got up here a few minutes ago and tossing and turning with my stomach being all acidic up and you know, yeah I ate a lot of food last night after I got done playing drums with friends and all that so I must have eaten too much before I went to bed or something so that's pretty much the extent of my evening and night time and now of the day. So anyway, I'll pass it back to you and hello to the shop in the morning to those that are coming up after me, Missy and a few others. And my condolences on the family of that young man that operated amateur radio that was afflicted with cancer. That stuff will hit you at any age, so I'm trying to be careful of that. And well, just keep on doing what I gotta do here to get through the day here. So, everyone have a good one? That is very very cool. I followed those aura rings Since the beginning and I thought that was a very very cool piece of technology first off You've only got to charge it once a week And it seems to keep track of all the same metrics that the Apple watch keeps track of that's incredibly cool I mean even if your your watch is charging or whatever I never wear my watch in the shower never never never never never and I know full well It that it's submergible and you can dive with it and all the rest of it So if you can dive with the Apple watch, there's no way the shower is gonna hurt it, but I still don't I just feel very Uneasy about wearing something electronic in the shower Even though I know it's perfectly fine. I just don't never have never will But a ring that would be a different story, you know, it's still technological but it's meant to be where it's worn and stuff You know like a ring I probably still wouldn't wear it in the shower who might get it but Very cool, man. I can't wait to hear how you how you feel about it I think that's just an awesome way to use technology, you know in a ring and I don't know how to wear rings myself. I used to and I had it left on my nightstand and I think someone stole it Because I just figured back then maybe I knocked it off the table but I was like crawling around the floor and I never did find it and it never did show up and it was it was 14 karat gold and it had this real nice onyx stone in it that had these nice claws around the stone it was a nice ring and Yeah, I just don't have it anymore Unfortunately, and those were ones they look nice too, you know, they're especially like the black titanium looking ones or you know Silver titanium they look really really good. That's really handy. And very nice thing to do. Good for you, man. I woke up this morning to my indoor watering system pumping water on the floor. I had only set up one channel and has two pumps and only set up one pump to go off at 701. The other one went off by itself at 6. And there's no hoses on it. So I just shot water all over the floor. So I very quickly put together some hoses and stuff and got that going. But that was a rude awakening this morning. Holy moly. I didn't know it was a beautiful day. It's going to be sunny all day. I got to get to cleaning around here, straightening things up, putting things away. Because we can have people for dinner. And more importantly, Tammy is coming to clean the house. So I have to clean up before Tammy gets here. Otherwise she won't be able to do a good job. And she'll think we're slobs. So I'm handing it back to you, VA3KKY. This is KC2PKG. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven. Okay. And we'll get to tell you the question. Yeah, I pretty much memorized it because it was pretty wordy when I copied it from chat GPT as I think it's going through stuff that I searched. I think it hears my, you know, everybody says their phone hears them, right? So basically I was looking at, well, previously I was looking up a bunch of things on the CN tower, right? Like there were some things I wanted to know about just like its history, right? Cause this is an amazing thing right in the middle of Toronto, right? So what I want to know and I'll drop it for the next while you're hearing it now and you can answer it whenever you want. Next round, round after, whatever. Do you have any interesting high rises or high structures like that where you live or around where you live? Okay. So the CN tower is like 2000 feet, I think it is like 27, 30 stories or whatever. I'm probably lying, but it's super ginormous. And then secondary to it is a thing called the first Canadian place. And they have a big, it's not really a tower, but it's a ginormous high rise that they actually do have some transmitters and repeaters on. The CN tower is kind of like the, it was built for the TV transmitters and for a lot of communication, I'm making up words, communication transmitters that were not only just for the whole province, but for mostly the rest of the country, right? So your CTV, CBC, Global, they all horn on that spot as well. As far as in the tons of radio stations, community stations, even the little college stations have their 10, 12, 20 watt transmitters up there, right? Because height is might. And there's the CN tower right here up top of there, right? It's also a big attraction where they take care. There's something there, you could Google it. There's something at the CN tower called the revolving restaurant. I've ate there, I don't remember. I'm the worst when it comes to motion sickness, but I don't remember really noticing it, right? It's supposed to turn, you know, certain, it's really slow, right? Some kind of revolution, a minute, an hour. And that's one of the attractions. The other thing is you go right at the top of the tower. There's like this huge glass platform, right? Where when you're on top of there, everybody's like ants right at the bottom, right? I remember at least, fortunately I had sight when I was up there, right? So now of course it's a moot point because I'm totally blind. But when you could actually go right up top and go into this one, it's like a little, I don't know what you call it, like a balcony room, a room. Almost just kind of think of it as a muck room, like a place where you take off your shoes and coat and a hat. It's a nice place for viewing. But where I would like it, like where there's an audio aspect is, you could go up there with your HT and your worldwide. I've done at least that. I know other people brought in radios and stuff and hung out up there. They actually, when you're touring the place, they furnish you with a little handheld. I think they furnish you with a weather radio and you take that up there. You take your own gear and it's a lot of fun. So it's a really good attraction in Toronto. We don't have it here in Vancouver so we can talk about it. But just wondering if your city has anything like that. Paris has its Eiffel Tower, right? Which is kind of like. Well wait, I think it's bigger than the CN Tower. So then it kind of rivals the CN Tower, right? The high-rises. Or maybe you live in a high-rise. Not everybody does. But if you're afraid of heights, you probably wouldn't want to. But on a ham point of view, hams would want to. If you're in a high-rise, if you're like, even like, let's say, you don't even necessarily have to be on the top floor. You could be like the 11th, 12th, 15th floor and you're probably thinking of crazy antennas and things like that. You could get out worldwide. You could probably put up something little and end up still being big. Like even a J-Pole if you were on the 20th floor. It's better than if you put it on your refrigerator on the bottom floor. As they say, height is might. So think about that. As long as I'm at the bottom of the list and talking it up on purpose or anyone else who'd like to check in, I'm filling in for the Tother Kevin. So trading Kevins for Kevins. And so with that in mind, come now with your call signs."}]}
