Visibility is, I'm just going to call it unlimited, a little bit of a haze, but unlimited, and There's no wind and no critters, except maybe there's a reindeer getting near, we hope. So good morning to you and good morning to the net, and thanks for taking the net, N7-DOS."

It's nice to know that those not with us in our area are out there looking out for us and keeping track of us and makes us appreciate it. So thank you, Jeff, for keeping track of us and our weather. I just pulled up the weather app while you were talking, and I was like, oh, it looks like straight rain for as far as I can see in the forecast. So I think that weather radar rain gauge is going to pick up a lot of rain, Jeff. It'll be interesting to see how much we get total in November here, so you'll have to keep track of that for us. You've had the squirrels and you're reading up on chess. That sounds like a good, relaxing day. I have never gotten into chess, so you would definitely play better than me, Jeff. You take care. Good luck on mastering that chess board there, Jeff, and we will talk to you again soon. Okay, to round out my list, we had an I.O. from PeterKE6RAX. Thanks for dropping by from Santa Cruz, Peter. Have a wonderful rest of your evening. All right, and with that, it is 9.21 p.m. on K9MLR Megan. I'm going to pass it over to Brooks to create a new list over to you, K9VDC."

I fried a turkey in the oil-less turkey fryer, called the Big E, and I used some flavored butter injection kit. let me tell you the turkey turned out amazing it was very juicy it was really good um and then Megan made some ham and then uh had a bunch of friends come over and so some people brought mashed potatoes and bean casserole and some rolls and lots of pie and yeah time I got to see everyone um there were some some dogs running around uh so that was all good um but yeah now I just kind of wind it down a little bit of clean up here on the house afterwards House is looking good husky game on I didn't actually see the score, but TV antenna is now acting up have the aim for a couple minutes, but with that yeah I need to get my radio program for the repeat around about I haven't done that yet. We've been so busy Hoping to do a little bit of that stuff tomorrow Anyway, thanks for doing that seven three eight nine Just quickly, you caught my attention with an oil-less turkey fryer. Please tell us what an oil-less turkey fryer is."

I've got an errand or two to run today. Got most of my groceries yesterday, so I don't have to mess around with that today. Also, Paige filed to get to the bank. Tuesday the bank was closed and I was broke, and I needed some fives, I didn't have any, I had a 20 and I actually went into the North L.A. market and went to the first cashier to give her a 20 so she could give me some fives. "text": " Good morning, Theresa and Dana and everyone on the net, K9 BBC. Let's hear it in Newcastle. It is the weekend, oh, I'm so glad it's the weekend. It was a long week. But I will say that Friday capped off with some very, very exciting baseball going on and it was really exciting to see the Mariners game last night, see them win in the fashion that they did. And hearing Rick Rizz on the radio call Suarez's grand slam was very reminiscent of Dave Niehaus doing it back in 1995 when Edgar hit his grand slam. Very exciting, all nostalgic and, you know, haven't been this excited for baseball since my youth. Yeah, I don't know, just a lot of fun. And then I come to find out that, and I don't know, I know I'm talking about the Dodgers now, but for any true baseball fan should appreciate this. Shohei Ohtani for the Dodgers had probably one of the best single game performances of anyone in MLB history yesterday. Not only was he the starting pitcher, he was also batting and he went three for three with three home runs and he walked. That was his hitting stats and his pitching stats, he pitched six innings, did not let up any runs, and he had ten strikeouts. And that's just crazy. One of his home runs left Dodger Stadium. It went out of the stadium. It was pretty crazy. Anyway, there's all the baseball stuff going on. Today just kind of hanging out around the house. I'll probably do some chores of cleaning up the garage. I've got to get some of that organized, get some stuff out, make some room for some new stuff that's coming in there. We'll talk about that as it comes. Let's see, Ellen got some dinner plans tonight with some friends. So that's what we got going on today. Please mark Megan down as an I.O. She sends radio waves. Still waking up for the day. So K9MLR is an I.O. please. With that, I'm going to say thanks for doing the net and 7-3. K9, BBC."

I mean they look like tubular, but they're little diced up noodles, carrots, just a very smattering of beans, just a very light broth. It's really good. It's like a minestrone only. It's got more noodles than I would consider a minestrone. You can look it up. I got it from Costco. It was like a mixed medley of Italian soups from Costco. And one of the flavors was Italian wedding. And then they had Italian lasagna soup. So it was like eight cans, six or eight cans for like $11. It was a great deal. And of course, Costco, WQ78."

Might be a little bit rough at the moment but hopefully it will get better as I come around this corner. Happy Monday everybody. Had a busy weekend. Did a whole bunch of getting stuff put back together in the office yesterday. Put up some new blinds because it took down the old ones when we painted and they were kind of ugly anyway so these are nice bright white. Put together a new piece of furniture and a new cabinet. So got a bunch of that done so now it's working on organizing. Yeah, a few more things to do in there to kind of get the whole space back up and going. Still got to put some on the walls. Haven't hung anything back up on the walls. So the walls are nicely painted. They look great, Rebecca. There's nothing up on there yet so I've got to look at what I'm going to decorate in there with. Maybe some band plan posters, at least one of those. But anyway, yeah, let's see. Megan is down at Mount Rainier, her and her mom. So it's just me and the doggos. It was me and them last night and tonight and they get back tomorrow. So that should be good. Anyway, that's all I got for now. Thanks for doing the night, Rebecca. 7-3, K-9 PD."

"text": " Good evening Bill, Rich and everyone out there on the night. K9 MLR Megan Mobile here with K9VDC in Kirkland. It was great. It's really cool. So speaking of fire department people, there is someone that shows up, one of their friends that does work for the Skagit Fire Department every year. I don't know what his title is, but he is always there so there's a firefighter on hand there. Hi, hi. But two guys carry it over and so they double man it which definitely helps. And they definitely do it outside in the outside area. So yeah, it's pretty cool to watch them do it. And it was so great to see all the family, the extended family I'm going to call them because they pretty much are family. All the little ones they had such a great time. They literally ran around the entire time. And the battery powered jeeps and Princess cars and all the other things, they were having a great time. So it was fun to watch them and boy are they probably tired. But the turkey skin was really good. I'm a big fan of skin. I like chicken skin and turkey skin so I stole a little piece there for myself and it was really good. Anyways, I'm exhausted and I know I'm rambling, but thank you both for doing the net73. Everyone K9 MLR. Not a ramble at all when you're talking about delicious family meals like that. That's just too much fun. That's great to have a firefighter there on the subject of turkey skin and chicken skin. I also like like those things and for many years I thought that's just terrible for you. Just pure fat, delicious fat. And you looked it up and I mean chicken fat is no worse than butter. It's the same. It's fat. Actually I think it has a slightly better balance of saturated fats, whatever. So I'm eating my chicken skin. It's worth it. It's good stuff. Robert KJ7JXM. How do you feel about turkey skin and chicken skin?"

You have a great trip. If we don't hear from you before, Jeff, do come back and check in. We have three nets a day here, 365 days a year. You take care, and we'll talk to you again soon. Okay, with that, it is 958 p.m. I am K9MLR. Megan, can I pass it over to K9VDC to make a new list? Over to you, Brooks. Stand by, everyone. This is repeater station Kilo Kilo 7, November Quebec November, all-star node 6222, located in Shelton, Washington. Alright, thank you, Megan. I am Brooks, K9VDC. It's 959 p.m. and we're looking for more check-ins for the 9 o'clock net. Call sign-in names, all I need."
