That's Bravo Echo November. My call sign is kilo seven lima lima zulu, and I will be net control for the evening. This is a directed social net that takes place on the PSRG repeater, located in Seattle, Washington. The repeater operates at a frequency of 146.960 megahertz, with a negative offset and a PL tone of 103.5. All of us in SAMS, and especially those of you just getting started, are encouraged to check in and let us know what's going on in your world. We have three things that we ask you to remember. First, please limit your reports to no more than three minutes. That lets us get to as many stations as possible, and it also keeps us from timing out the repeater. Please also keep your reports appropriate for a general audience, which we assume includes children. And last, when you are finished with your report, please do end with your call sign. That keeps the FCC happy and lets us all know who we're listening to. Again, my name is Ben. My call sign is K7LLZ, and I will be net control for tonight. What that means is in each round, I will be asking for operators' names and call signs, then compiling lists of stations one by one. If you don't have any, excuse me, I'll then come back and ask for those station's reports in order. If you don't have any traffic but would like to check in, that is perfectly fine. Just let me know that you will be in and out, also known as an I.O. All right, there we go. With all that out of the way, let's get this show on the road. This is round one of the PSRT 9 o'clock net. All stations, please come ahead one at a time. The I.O. No hostile vector, KA9EHVN. This is right. I think we had at least two stations in there. I picked out two of them. There was a key station, but I'm going to come back to you, and then second on my list is KA9EHVN, and you're going to be up second. What was the other keyless station? Come back. And yeah, I think it was just last night that we just barely got edged out in the ninths. I think it was four to five. And so hopefully we hang on tonight. I did not have that game up because I don't want to distract it, but feel free unless anyone else protests to give us some updates if you're out there listening and have a check in coming up. Just a reminder to everyone that days are already getting shorter, so go out there and enjoy the sort of wonderful, sort of uniquely long, warm Pacific Northwest evenings. Whether or not you like the Blue Angels this time of year, late summer in Seattle, I know we're not in late summer yet, but it's just unrivaled I think. Rice crackers from Costco. I did not have rice crackers from Costco tonight, but I went on a bike ride tonight, a cheese and crackers ride, and we had a bunch of different rice crackers. So yeah, I'm a big fan. I miss crackers a lot with celiac, and rice crackers are a pretty good stand-in, at least as a vehicle for cheese. Hopefully you had a good evening, Joan. It sounds like you had a pretty good one. The other thing that we do have coming up is Saturday, September 20th, a little over a week from away, we have some amateur radio licensing course and exam. So if you know someone who's trying to get licensed, if you'd like to upgrade your license, the class is $20. It is at the Meadowbrook Community Center. It's 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Again, it's Saturday, September 20th. All the details you can find on PSRG.org. I believe it's K7LZZ I think and you can correct me that. I picked up a bad habit a long time ago. I read everything down in a log and that will include you sir. This is AF4LL, name is Bill. The home QTH is Arlington, Virginia. But I happen to be in the beautiful western Maryland town of Cumberland, Maryland. And I've checked into the SNET numerous times but never on a Thursday. Used to talking to Rebecca many times. Anyway, glad to be here. You guys look like you have a great club. I've seen the website. Anyway, glad to be here. I work a lot of 10 meters if you ever see my QRZ page. But good morning to everybody from the East Coast. Was it K7LLZ I think, AF4LL and good morning."},{"callsign_confidence":0.99,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-09-11T21:35:07+00:00","id":37759,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":37758,"text":" Yeah, get those summer kicks in, whether it's a fun little trip or some maintenance that you gotta do. Yeah, I've been feeling that way as well. But yeah, very nice to be able to be in the car when the net's going. I don't find myself in a car very often, at least where I could get it on my mobile. And it seems like a nice, pleasant way to sort of keep in touch and have some company while you're driving. So hopefully the commute goes smoothly, and yeah, enjoy your weekend ahead. Let's see, I should identify before I pass it off to the last person on our list, which is Sean. Stay tuned, Sean. It is 9-12, this is K7LLZ. You are listening to the PSRG 9 o'clock net here on the PSRG repeater. We have one more station left for round one, then we'll get right into round two. KJ7EXM, Sean, how are you?"},{"callsign_confidence":0.98,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-09-11T23:04:39+00:00","id":37819,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":37818,"text":" Hello, Ben. To you and hello to you and everyone else on the net. This is Andrea L. M. O. and this is my normal time for being up. I usually watch Perrymation from 12, 1130 to 1230 and then I join the net and it usually works out well and then I go to bed. And but anyway I'm looking forward to the weekend. Saturday I have my women's club, women's meeting, women's group meeting, I'll get it right. It's a philanthropic organization, oh I can't get this right. It's like PEO, philanthropic educational organization. What we do is help women be able to go to college and provide some help with a tuition. It's nationwide. So it's a good organization to be a part of. And then we all go out to lunch after which is always a fun thing. And then Sunday is my da da da da 77th birthday. And I'm just so grateful to still be here at that age since I was a seven month baby born back in 1948. My mother had toxemia which is a very serious infection and we are both lucky to have been together. My mother died years ago at 84. So I don't know how God has, how long God will keep me around. But I hope for quite a while yet anyway. It's been a good life and I hope to continue more. I especially like it now that my brother is living with me. He came in February so that works out well. With about a handful of kitties and a dog and they're all doing well. And that's really about it. I just want to say it was good to hear you Ben and thanks for taking my call and I just love being a part of this net. This is November 3, Oscar Mike Oscar. Back to you Ben. Well Elaine we are awfully happy to have you too so thank you and happy 77th birthday in advance. I know you said it was Sunday but you might as well start celebrating early. How often do you get those doubles? You gotta wait another 11 years until you get the double at 88. So keep us posted. Let us know how the birthday goes. Hopefully you got some good things planned. Very cool the philanthropic organization that you're involved in and nice to be able to like find a good excuse. I mean don't get me wrong doing the good is definitely the first most important but nice to find a cool opportunity to get a little lunch in there, meet some people. Probably get to hear pretty interesting stuff about what presumably those folks are up to in college. So yeah hopefully it was classed. And it is funny I am a legal reporter so I write about the law and I didn't do that for a while but I started way back almost right out of college and I did not know what Perry Mason was and that I met a whole bunch of lawyers many of them kind of closer to your generation and a lot of them became lawyers because of Perry Mason and it was just really striking how many people's lives that show seems to have affected at least in the legal industry. Anyway a pleasure to hear from you. I'm glad that you're a night owl. I'm glad that we get to hear from you even though you're in Florida in these nighttime nets and thank you so much for being the end around for tonight. Happy birthday again and hope to hear from you again on your birthday. All right it is 10-02 almost 10-03. This is K7LLZ. My name is Ben. You are listening to the PSRG 9 o'clock net here on the Puget Sound Repeater Group repeater. We have had 19 different check-ins tonight. It's been kind of slow for a Thursday and this is presumably our final round unless it's a pile up so come ahead if you'd like to be in tonight's net. It doesn't matter if you're a regular or someone who hardly ever checks in. We'd love to hear from you. Come ahead now."},{"callsign_confidence":1.0,"confidence":null,"created_at":"2025-09-25T21:09:08+00:00","id":46614,"node_number":"oldsys","recording_id":46613,"text":" Thank you David, we really appreciate hearing from you. Let's see, yeah, no, it's been a busy day for a lot of people I know. I feel like sometimes weeks work like that where it's just like coordinated across the social spectra of people having a real long week. So that's how I feel at least. Hopefully you all are having smoother ones. But I'm glad it was productive for you, so good on you. I'm going to put my laptop open next time I have a moment. I'm going to pull up your QRZ profile and give you a number. So there you go. David, thank you so much. Rain or shine this weekend. I wish I had an announcement for that on my PSRG thing. Maybe someone will share that with us. Anyway, David, thank you very much. I'm going to identify before I hand it off to Tim. It is 908 and some change. You are listening to the PSRG 9 o'clock net. This is K7LLZ. My name is Ben and I host every other Thursday night net. If you have no idea who I am. Next up is Tim. Tim, it's good to hear you. KI7ZEI. It looks like a pretty interesting little spot, and I always love hearing from folks in Alaska. It takes me out of the bustle a little bit and into a place where I don't understand how the sun works. It sounds like you are, looks like you are pretty close to Kenai Fjords National Park, which hopefully you get out there and enjoy the nature that is still absolutely gorgeous. Yeah, so I bet those leaves fall quickly there, and I'm glad that you got the stove bricks replaced, or replacement stove bricks. I'm not sure if you already replaced them or not, but I'm glad you already got that before the winter actually comes. So stay cozy, and thank you so much for taking the time to say hello. I really am grateful to hear from folks a little bit farther from town. As much as I love to hear from everybody, it's kind of nice to be reminded what a big web of folks we have out there listening or checking in. With that, that's the end of round four. This is Ben, my name is, well, my call sign. Okay, okay, we're calling the net. No, we're not. It is 957, my name is Ben, my call sign is K7LLZ, and we're going to get some more stations if you're out there. Anybody else would like to check into the night's net? I would like to thank everyone for joining me this morning. It would not have been much of a net without you. And I appreciate all that you had to share. I'd like to thank the Puget Sound Group for the use of this repeater. For more information about the group, please check out our website at psrg.org and stick around for the new net coming up in just a little while with Jack, KI7RMU. And of course the nine o'clock net tonight with, I think it's me, it's me or Ben. It's me or Ben, K7LLZ. I don't know which one. And the PSRG has been hosting daily nets for well over 30 years. The nets are a great opportunity for you to test your equipment. Remember, if you don't test your equipment, we can't hear you. I'll now be returning the repeater to normal operation. Again, this is Rebecca, KK7IJZ, signing off at 9.43ish. 7.3 everybody, have a wonderful day. So this is Jack, KI7RMU, I want to thank everybody for joining me here on the PSRG new net. Your support is greatly appreciated. For more information about the Puget Sound Repeater Group, check out our website, psrg.org. And of course we've got the 9 o'clock net coming up on a Thursday evening. I'm used to you saying white horse. Let's see here, two degrees Celsius out there in Yukon up there, out, take a pick. Enjoy your late dinner, that sounds nice. I don't know if you're in some place that has clear skies right now, but if so I hope you have some beautiful stars and get a chance to maybe wander out there and crane your neck up for a little bit before bed. Ah, thank you very much for giving us a little snapshot of things up out there, and thanks very much for joining me on the final round of the PSRGnet Michael. Come ahead now, all I need is your name and call sign, please. This is repeater station Kilo Kilo 7, November, Quebec, November. Kilo Julius 7, Port Bow, Andy Hotel, this is Bill. Alright, I got two stations in there. Bill, you are going to be up first. KJ7 something IH, I bet that's B IH. And then, other station in there who is doubling with Bill. Come back.
